  1. Windshield protection

That’s not my cup of tea. I stay away from “all” dump trucks and despise tail gaters when they run up on me. FYI my OBX Sasquatch is being delivered this week and read these horror stories in the forum of cracked and chipped windshields. I’m being “preemptive” to assure it doesn’t happen to...
  2. Windshield protection

Look it up, there is another brand called window skin. Both are 8mm thick, but when I inquired about it at a tint installer they said exterior window protection is a waste of money because it hasn’t been perfected to last. To me it still seems like a worth while investment anyway.
  3. Model sticker placement on front fenders

While I’m here at my local Ford dealership waiting on an oil change in my Maverick, I walked the lot looking at new Broncos. My OBX Sasquatch is waiting on delivery so I was looking at their Bronco inventory. What I notice was that there is no consistency in the placement of these fender badges...
  4. Floor mats flapping in the wind

I don’t have a Raptor, but roll up the mats and put jamb them under the seats or in the storage compartment in the rear or roll them and bungee them down.
  5. Windshield protection

Does anyone out there know of some sort of windshield protection to protect against stone chips? If there is a product I’m sure it’s not very lasting due to the wipers.
  6. sasquatch proof garage

You said the configurator wouldn’t let you get the roof rack? I ordered a OBX 4 Dr w/ Sasquatch and they let me add it. Then, maybe they’re assuming your Big Bend will see trails and the OBX highways.
  7. Garage size requirements

When my 2025 OBX 4dr w/Sasquatch arrives will I have enough room in my garage to hanger it? I currently have a 2022 Maverick in the center bay with walk around room to spare. My garage is only 20.5’ deep wall to door. My workbench takes 2.5’ of that. If it’s tight in one of the other two bays...
  8. Garage vs Onboard door storage bags

When my Bronco OBX Sasquatch arrives I would like to purchase a set of door bags. I’m reading if I buy the onboard storage bags I can have them strapped in the rear cargo area and take them with me. Is that with the rear seat up or folded? If I buy the “garage” storage bags, is there enough room...
  9. OBX side steps for Badlands

Does anyone out there know if a set of OBX running boards will directly bolt on the Badlands after I remove the rock rails
  10. Pictures of your rocksliders that can be used as step too.

Go the “buckle up buttercup site . They sell platforms that bolt to your rock sliders.
  11. Ford OEM Mud Flaps / Splash Guards trimmed to fit OBX Sasquatch with side steps

Great job! If your like me, I measure not twice, three or maybe even four times so I don’t botch it up and need to buy a new set. It’s too bad the Ford set isn’t molded better. They could of molded in a “headspace” on the flaps to fit over the board end.
  12. Changing my Bronco model

I’m about three days from my Outer Banks hitting the assembly line. I’m thinking I might change my Outer Banks Sasquatch to a Badlands Sasquatch. How will that change my build date?
  13. Post Road Trip paint damage - need touch up/repair reccomendations

I would go to a “reputable” paint shop who does impeccable work. They would likely be able to do an exact match based on the color profile and feather it in. Shops that do paint work on “high end” vehicles would be my first recommendation. They usually have a higher standards to live up to...
  14. Shovel Mount installed on factory roof rack. UPDATE

I can see that shovel buried in the windshield of the car behind you. A better idea is to find what the military calls a “pioneering set” strapped inside the HMMWVs. It is a multi function tool set consisting of a basic axe which you can adapt to a shovel, rake, or dirt pick. It should come in a...
  15. Easy but affordable Bronco top removal?

When I finally take possession of my 2025 OBX I will be looking for a no nonsense way to make a one man operation removing the top. I’m sure there are many owners that have a solution to remove the top. Affordability isn’t necessarily a concern. I just want something I can remove the top safely...
  16. Pretty much specced out 2025 OBX Bronco

My 2025 OBX Bronco is due to hit the assembly line on 29 September. I pretty much ordered it wondering how many would be built with the 2.3 motor and the Sasquatch graphics package. It seems like most are ordered with the 2.7 motor and clean. I know there are owners who like a “vanilla” Bronco...
  17. It finally happened! Windshield chip

As long as there isn’t a divot then is most likely fixable. Only thing is that it will be noticeable under certain conditions or angles. Its just annoying knowing it is there. When I get my new OBX I’m taking it to have a clear windshield film installed to minimize stone damage. Only thing it’s...
  18. Lower door vinyl for rock protection

Way back in the 80s the trend was to have “stone guard” protection applied from the factory. It was a clear textured vinyl type of spray that absorbed rock chips like magic. Fast form to the 2000s I took my SUV to my local body shop and had them spray stone guard on the rocker panels. It...
  19. OEM Raptor rock sliders with side steps

I’m thinking of removing the side steps on my 2025 Outer Banks and ordering OEM Raptor rock rails with the side steps. Is this modification going to bolt on using existing pinch weld holes from which I removed the OB side steps? I’m assuming all the Broncos have the same holes punched to...
  20. Maryland WTB: Slide out tailgate

Will be looking for a slide out tailgate for my 2025 Outer Banks with the Sasquatch package. I optioned it out but could not order one with the Sasquatch package. Google says it’s due to weight and balance concerns. I’m not going to go rock climbing or mud bogging. I asked the dealership if...
