  1. *Installed* 4WP level lift and 35/12.50/17s

Thanks for the positive input. But it must be the pictures. Plenty of tread in real life. About 60%.
  2. *Installed* 4WP level lift and 35/12.50/17s

About 60% tread left according to a set of calipers (versus the spare that for some reason they never rotated into the rotation and is perfect). More than enough for me to get some use out of and see what I want to do next.
  3. *Installed* 4WP level lift and 35/12.50/17s

A buddy and I installed the 4WP 2.5 level lift today. Took about 5 hours total in no hurry. We opted to take the lower control arms off completely on the front to avoid the bolt issues some have faced. No trouble really to speak of and no new info not mentioned elsewhere. Also had a deal fall in...
  4. Show us your installed wheel / tire upgrades here! (Pics)

I'm putting a 2 inch level on tomorrow. I'll post pics.
  5. How long until someone figures out a fix / tweak / mod to pull the rear soft top window tight?

I've had my Bronco for a 5 weeks or so. The number of minutes I've lost worrying about wavy windows: 0.
  6. Non-matching mirrors?!

This was my hypothesis. But it is sort of weird. I was at Off-Rodeo and never noticed. Of course, I've had my Bronco for a month + and just noticed my mirrors.
  7. Non-matching mirrors?!

So now my wife says her OCD won't let her drive the Bronco anymore... the mirrors don't match?!? 😂 Is this on purpose or is something messed up?
  8. Paint "stain" question

    :( It's been like 3 weeks. I'll see what I can do.
  9. Paint "stain" question

Hey, I do woodworking too! Is it a hobby for you or your profession? I have been working a lot with weathered wood lately so haven't dealt with sap. My problem is dense, weathered hardwood bogging down my table saw and radial arms. I did let it sit as long as I was comfortable with. BTW...is...
  10. Paint "stain" question

I'm pushing 5000 miles on my Cactus Gray BB and am loving everything about it. If you would like an update, I'll provide it in another post. My issue right now is a stain that somehow ended up on my Bronco in the first 2 weeks of ownership. It appeared at the time to be tree sap from parking...
  11. Ford points

My Bimini mesh top also balks at this claim. Had no problem using my 42000 Ford points for it.
  12. Ford points

I got mine a few weeks ago. Still haven't seen my extra 20,000 though...
  13. Real world cargo test - anyone take delivery and load up a 4 door for a trip?

  14. Whistle sound coming from grille / hood on some Big Bend and Outer Banks Broncos. Improved hood seal design coming October

So THAT'S where the whistle is coming from. Regardless of top up or down. I have a whistle not emanating from the mirrors. Glad they figured it out.
  15. My first bona-fide Bronco road trip! Trekking cross-country for the Off-rodeo in Austin

My boys are jealous! My oldest is 15 and has done so much with me I wanted to spread the love so-to-speak. My other son is 9 so is too young. My wife is working, so my daughter won by default! It is awesome!
  16. My first bona-fide Bronco road trip! Trekking cross-country for the Off-rodeo in Austin

My 13-year-old daughter and I are trekking cross-country for the Off-rodeo in Austin. We are booked for Thursday-Friday, but we began in Middle Tennessee. The cargo area is downright cavernous with the seats down. We laid over in Dyersburg with a friend, then off Monday morning. Before we...
  17. Daily driving your delivered Bronco?

Like the poster above said, 4 dr BB with rear locker and 2.7. Also will add I upgraded to 33's.
  18. Daily driving your delivered Bronco?

I have a relatively short commute, but have several jobs lol. So I essentially make a circuit of 15 minutes one way, 10 minutes another, then back, then 15 minutes home. I may travel 50+ miles in a day when school is in session. Probably a tank to a tank and a half per week, so $50-75 in fuel...
  19. Installed a MONSTER Lift on my Jeep!!!!

Ground clearance still isn't very good though... Good luck with the mechanical issues!
