  1. a Price Check (and a Vibe Check) 2025 BadSas

Just for reference, my small local dealer has a New 25 Sas Badlands, painted hardtop, 2.7, mid-package, MSRP $65 listed for $56 after discounts. Hoss 3.0 is just a $2200 shocks package (shocks with 19K miles on them). I don't value Lux package like some, so I'd take the new one in a heart beat...
  2. 2022 SAS 4D 2.7 Base 4 Sale!

Buyer must post asking price..... congratulations with your purchase!
  3. Fender flare repair

Check FB marketplace/craigslist, sometimes you'll see complete sets for $50
  4. If you started your Bronco build over tomorrow, what would you do differently?

How long to we usually wait between Exoshield starting these posts, and Kilo showing up saying they'd install exoshield? About now?
  5. The best trim for a new buyer

Sas in Hoss 2.0....... The price of the Black Diamond package according to the current price and build is $4495 (which to me is an awful value), the cost of the Sasquatch package (Hoss 2.0), is an extra $1680 over the BD package. IMO, paying an extra $1680 for 210 IFS axle, front locker...
  6. The best trim for a new buyer

It used to be $2665 over the BB, and you could add the locker to the BB for $800. Hoss 2.0 only costs $1680 over the BD (which you say is a worse value than the BD), and then you say HOSS 2.0 is a value at $3k. If it's a value at $3K why would it be terrible value at $1680?
  7. The best trim for a new buyer

This is what I don't get with all the BD advise (not the old BD trim), you are paying 2/3 of price of the Sas package, and not getting half the package. The rear locker was a no-brainer when it was a $800, not so much when it's now $4500.
  8. Bronco Blaze Destroys Garage with Restored 1970 EB and 2024 Raptor

Another station wagon bites the dust.
  9. Street Glow v. Rock Lights

If you enjoy smoking pot, while laying under your rig, sure.
  10. The best trim for a new buyer

I think disco is 27# heavier than the sway bar.
  11. The best trim for a new buyer

There's nothing wrong with the glorified golf cart, but I think the 2 door should come from the factory with turf tires and a bag rack, for tooling around the Villages.
  12. The best trim for a new buyer

    You used a 2-door WT
  13. The best trim for a new buyer

Best value ever, and no ones ever needed power seats, or an auto dimming mirror, let alone painted mirrors, for fire roads or overlanding.
  14. The best trim for a new buyer

I don't think you can get powered seats on a Big Bend.
  15. The best trim for a new buyer

More information is needed, spend about $51k on the Obx and you can get your heated seats, painted trim and mini-van tires.... where an extra $1k gets you a Base Sasquatch with better axles front and rear, beefed up steering rack, better shocks with lift, 35" tires (and gearing), front locker...
  16. Cracked Windshield - Non OEM replacement

Well I went through my bodyshop, only to find they subbed it out, I believe that may have been Safelite.
  17. Cracked Windshield - Non OEM replacement

Pretty much like my 2 replacements ($1050). Then my rates went up over "comp claims over $1000". I figured if I ever needed another replacement I'd see if I couldn't somehow get it under $1k. I'm also Progressive.
  18. Cracked Windshield - Non OEM replacement

I get that the insurance paid, but did you happen to see the cost?
  19. Capable Bumper - Crash Bar removal?

The bumper bolts are behind the plastic covers (around the shackle), they pop right off, then there are 6 bolts to loosen.
  20. What's the best purchase you've made for your Bronco under $200?

Used drivers side heated mirror and motor $25, on Craigslist L.A. Posted a WTB ad, didn't even take a day.
