It makes since to make another flavor on the production line as Ranger/Bronco and the Taco/4Runner do the same thing and the Frontier is not a volume seller. At least it is not a dressed up Pathfinder.

I think the original stickers with adventure destination jeep-style names will be replaced eventually with more traditional Ford badges like XLT, Lariat, Timberline...

After almost a year of ownership I finally got my "wagon" out of Texas, did not have time for OHV trails but did 2500 miles from and back to Texas. I made stops at Palo Duro, TX, Capulin Volcano, NM, Great Sand Dunes, CO, Garden of the Gods, CO, over the Rockies and down to Moab to drive highway...
Dealers mark up prices 100% so Ford is probably selling it to them for 1/2 that and probably can be bought cheaper on a Ford parts site without the dealer markup. Dealers are just licensed resellers and service, not FORD co businesses.
