It's not that. the paint on the fender around the decal is higher the area that I remove the decal from. Almost like extra wax build up around it

I have 2 2023 Ford Broncos and I'd like to swap the wheels and tires from one to the other. Can I do this without have to swap the sensors? So do the wheels sensors have to stay with the original Bronco or what?
