  1. Clean fender flares -- how to scrub mud / dirt out of my fender flares and bumper?

Ya I actually have a buddy who installs PPF and wraps professionally for a living who is gonna do it in my garage. I offered to take the fender flares and the top off ahead of time but he said he had everything covered so....here we are, haha.
  2. Clean fender flares -- how to scrub mud / dirt out of my fender flares and bumper?

I used a similar product on the plastics on the F150 I had prior to the Bronco and it worked out. Appreciate your suggestion.
  3. Clean fender flares -- how to scrub mud / dirt out of my fender flares and bumper?

Thanks to everyone for the replies. I'm gonna bookmark then all but probably try out the scrubbing bubbles first. Getting some PPF installed tomorrow so didn't care much about it this time. Tbh my Bronco will live it's life covered in mud more often than it's clean but if I'm gonna spend a few...
  4. Clean fender flares -- how to scrub mud / dirt out of my fender flares and bumper?

So I have no problem washing the majority of the Bronco.....but I can't seem to scrub the mud/dirt out of my fender flares and bumper. Anybody have a specific product they use to get these parts back to presentable?
  5. Support HB 1222 (Removing Front License Plate Requirements)

Thankfully the dealer didn't install the front bracket and I ended up ordering this stupid thing. It gets the job done but makes a lot of noise offroad and I'd like to get rid of it. https://builtrightind.com/products/bronco-license-plate-mount-ford-bronco-2022-for-capable-steel-bumper
  6. Break-In Period?

I just kept mine under 3k RPM for the first 1000 miles. I live in a rural area and avoiding the highway wasn't really an option for me but 3k RPM allowed for 70-75mph no problem (I have the 2.7L). As soon as I hit 1000 miles I drove it like I stole it, lol. I didn't take it offroad until a...
  7. Harbor Freight over landing gear?

I take a few of these for food/dry storage https://www.harborfreight.com/tool-storage-organization/tool-boxes-bags-belts/large-modular-toolbox-58511.html I also have the tote box, they all stack and lock on top of each other. It's just nice to pack these boxes instead of having loose stuff...
  8. Anyone else feel this way? Grab handle woes

This will depend on your height and if you have the factory rock rails....but I found that if you add these steps from IAG to your rock rails then the built in handles on the sides of the dash is actually in a good spot for me to get leverage to step up onto these steps. I still have paracords...
  9. Escondido Draw

It seems like this place might be lesser known. I live about an hour from Hidden Falls Adventure Park so obviously I've been there more than a few times in my Bronco, but this weekend a buddy and I made the drive out to Escondido Draw to ride their trails and camp the night. I can't imagine...
  10. Bronco is CAKED in hardened mud!

I like to think that when you build up multiple layers of mud it creates natural pin stripe protection. Joking aside I've had good luck with just a jet Nozzle on a regular hose without a pressure washer. Although....I'm not gonna lie....making it shine feels like a waste of time. So far my...
  11. Question regarding tongue weight

An ice chest, some recovery gear, and maybe some wood for a campfire. I don't think I'd even exceed 200lbs if I'm being honest.
  12. Question regarding tongue weight

Thank you, ultimately I had an idea this would be the answer just wasn't sure.
  13. Question regarding tongue weight

Appreciate the link but it's for an extender as opposed to a drop. Not sure if the results would be the same.
  14. Question regarding tongue weight

Hey everyone, I recently bought this hitch basket to store some extra gear on while camping. It's the same one on the Ford accessory site but I saved like $200 by going through Amazon with the manufacturer part number. CURT 18151 60 x 20-Inch Basket...
  15. Lost part, looking for part number

Lol, ya my bad. Took the rear interior panel off to get to the sub woofer. It was rattling like crazy so I laid down some sound deadening. Not sure where I lost it but I noticed it missing today.
  16. Lost part, looking for part number

That's great advice, I did not think of that. Thank you
  17. Lost part, looking for part number

I seem to have misplaced this part that the factory soft top latches to in the rear....anybody have any idea what part number this might be? Can't seem to find it.
  18. TD Distributing all-in-one tie rod repair kits are here!

Man this is a great idea....too bad I literally just made this kit on my own buying everything individually from my local auto parts store last month.
