Ford really could give lessons on how to be an AHole to your customers. New program “virtual tour” shows up when I check my status for the 10th time this morning. interested, I check it out and immediately get told “Not for you, buddy”. Kinda like the Bronco itself I suppose. #fomocoshitshow

with all due respect, that doesn’t sound right. When I ask for my rail car number, ford says “only your dealer can see that.” So, there are other systems they can get to that we cannot.

You lost us at @Ford_Motor_Company helping……. At best, once you take delivery they may chime in with a “congrats”. But, helping their customers, Fords got no interest in that.

Ugh. Delivery window bumped from starting 4/3 to starting 4/15. I feel like going full Osky on ford, they’re so crap at this. I cannot wait to get the oval off my bronco and smash the %#@&$%# out of it. That will be my therapy.

Nope. He’s been snarky. Insensitive. Unhelpful. He quite clearly doesn’t have the knowledge and skill set to be in the role he’s got. He’s the face of Ford’s complete fukup off this launch.

I’m surprised his response wasn’t, “If you’re tired of waiting, go buy a Tacoma” He’s such a tool. I don’t know how he still has a job, much less in charge of communications.

What if Ford said, “We need to shut these ice mountain folks up. Let’s put them all in built status, and just never move them to shipped. They’d never know. They’ll think they’re moving, and it’ll buy us more time to get out interns out to the parking lot!” 😂🤣😳 #fomocoshitsho

Ok @Mborkow31 , We’re in exactly the same boat, built and EDD date. Dealer said today I’m still in rail hold status, but… I just sold my Taco to Carvana betting I can pick it up in a week or two. while we already know I’m an idiot. Let see how long I’m an idiot without a car!

Means it’s booted up/alive, but just at the first stage. Mine was (null) for about 5 days and then updated with the version. this happened for me shortly after my tear tag changed to 4, and a few days before I got a built status. It’s progress for sure, but I don’t know if we can infer it...

I got a 3/13 built status too, and an email last week. My dealer said he “saw it moving” and I’ve got an EDD of 3/28-4/3, but then said rail delay too. I’m guessing we’re both still in MI

they were working east to west I believe. On MO now.

I’m gonna stick around anyways. I want to see @Osky305 s posts once he gets his bronco and doesn’t have to worry about censure! 😂😮

Maybe the email machine got unplugged, and they just realized it now and plugged it back in?
