thank god for this post, i thought it was just me. Mine orange/white at glovebox appeared to have BOTH ends tucked into a bundle or harness. Neither would pull free. I ended up cutting it and tying to the brown/white.

Didn’t work for me. My VIN was present, but it was the wrong company. I stalked it, but it never changed or updated while a diff vendor went and got it from the rail yard and delivered it. The convoy is the one part of the tracker links I couldn’t make use of.
