  1. Trail Ready Checklist: What’s on your non-negotiable list??

Small, but important items I haven't seen mentioned: - Garmin inReach - Trauma Tourniquet - EDC, because ya never know what can happen or who you'll meet in the middle of nowhere
  2. MIC top replacement denied, Ford claims Out of Warranty despite bringing it in pre 3/36 (if just barely)…

You serious, Clark? IT SHOULDN'T MATTER! It was still under warranty.
  3. HELP! Moab school was cancelled!

https://sloburnoffroad.com/ Try this. She's excellent!! I think she's actually a guide for the OffRodeo event.
  4. The dreaded limp mode following multiple alerts

Filled up with 87, which in Colorado is considered Mid. I always fill up with 87 and almost always at the same place.
  5. The dreaded limp mode following multiple alerts

I filled up the night before and had driven very little until that morning. I was probably 25 miles into my drive to the trailhead when this happened. Thank you for looking it up. I guess I’ll send it to the dealership and see what they have to say.
  6. The dreaded limp mode following multiple alerts

Not at all. Running 65 MPH down the highway and it started throwing codes and I lost engine power. After pulling to the shoulder, any attempt at acceleration was weak.
  7. The dreaded limp mode following multiple alerts

I realize this has been posted many times, but today on the highway the DTC lit up with multiple warnings and my 2024 Wildtrak went into limp mode. I pulled onto the shoulder, turned it off and let it set for a couple of minutes. I restarted it and everything was fine. What’s concerning is I...
  8. Off Roadeo With or Without My Wife

CONVINCE HER TO GO. My wife was the same - had zero interest in attending, but I begged her to go w/me and she LOVED IT! We went to Moab, so it was an instant win just because it's beautiful - but she had a blast on the trails. She won't regret going. I promise!
  9. Looking for the best bikini tops that are easy to install

I just received the Bronco Bikini after looking at many others and reading reviews. It's super easy to install and you can install your hardtop over it, so technically - you never have to remove it.
  10. 120mph police chase. Bronco takes out 6.

Most agencies don't allow "pitting" above 60-65 MPH - although many officers/trooper do it anyway. My former agency had a rule regarding speed-to-pit or what we called Tactical Vehicle Intervention (TVI).
  11. Tool roll worth it w/ 20% coupon?

Worth it, IMO. I've used it multiple times and fortunately, none of them were to repair my Bronco. Easy to carry in the Bronco and even if I sold the car down the road, I'd keep the toolkit.
  12. 3 Most USED Mods on Broncos? Go!

IAG (internal) dome lights Mabbett door storage pockets RCI Rock sliders - steps
  13. TSB 24-2408: Front End Noise (Clink/Clunk) - Front Differential Mount Frame Bracket Cracked Or Broken

Well, this isn't good. Three weeks-ago I took my wife's Outerbanks in for an oil change and tire rotation. Zero noise from the front end at all prior to the oil change. After I drove away I could hear what sounded like a "chunk/clink" and went back to the dealership to have it assessed (by the...
  14. 2 year Bronco ownership review from a previous Jeep owner!

2024 Wildtrak and a 2022 Outer Banks and I have the same "surge" issue in 4LO. It seems to be widespread as I've seen many others post about it. Heated steering wheels in both of our Broncos are HOT. They heat up super quick and stay hot the entire time, so I'm glad we're not having that...
  15. Ford Accessories - Warn Winch Kit - purchased and now can't find a dealership to install!

I've read from a couple of posts now the Adaptive Cruise isn't effected by the install and it appears that's what you've found as well. Is that correct? I'm not concerned about the front parking sensors, but would like to keep the ACC option.
  16. Cargo area rattle

I had the same issue (perhaps) and it was the back lift glass squeaking like crazy. It sounds like you have a case of water bottles in the back rubbing against one another. I found a solution the Bronco Nation forum and it has worked like a charm. Krytox grease. I applied it along the rubber...
  17. SUP (Paddle Board) Option for Hardtop without Roof Rails

Anyone use a product like this to haul inflated paddle boards w/out rails? The lake we go to requires the rangers to spray down the boards before entering the water due to mussels, so it's a pain to unload, air up, have them sprayed, re-load them, and head to the water. I'm thinking this would...
  18. Carrying extra tie rod -- are right and left sides interchangeable?

So, to be clear - the HOSS 1.0 and 2.0 "inner tie rods" are not interchangeable with the HOSS 3.0 inner rods? If yes, does anyone have a line on cheap inner rods for the HOSS 3.0? TIA
