Ratchet straps are all you need. I installed one alone, on the ground, in about 20 minutes. A floor jack would make it easier to get the skid in place.
You just need to cut off the tow hooks or buy the intercooler mounts without the tow hooks. If you are set on keeping the tow hooks, our Bronco front skid works with them.
I guess if you're going for the armored personnel carrier look...
Joking aside, the full size bar the OP posted is substantially more rigid than the same offering on an HD Modular bumper. This is due to the unique design of the mounting where is doesn't rely on the bumper itself to...
Just as I explained above. We can't say that it will work on the 25 because of the 1% that needs a special install. If your truck meets the criteria I mentioned above, it will install fine.
not trying to contradict our customer service team, just explaining what the actual problem is. If you...
It IS compatible with 2025. The problem we have run into is that there was one 2025 we installed where the rear quarter panel trim was slightly different. This caused the spacing to the installation to be different. In the dozens of trucks I installed onto, this was the only one found to be this...
We are currently setting up the mandrel bender with the new tooling. What we have made thus far has been done by hand, and it's not that efficient. We made a decision to wait for new tooling on our CNC mandrel bender before we start making hundreds of these.
The mini should be released in the...
You would have to cut out the lower crossbar to fit the high winch mount on your setup. Also to note, you have a Modular bumper. The OP is showing the FMS for a Capable bumper.
Welcome!
The kit looks like it will fit 2 and 4 door regardless of the engine. The only difference between the 2 and 4 door is the gas tank skid. The trans skid looks like the type that fits between the crossmembers if yours is a 2.7.
All that said, the ARB kit it is cloning are only 3mm...
The OE kit will sell for $450, Mini will release at $400 The OE will be for sale at Super Cel in 2 weeks. These prices include the recovery points and bumper plates along with the bull bar.
Whew, this is a tough one. I hate to say this will be ready anytime now, because I've already said that. We have run into snags with the rivetnuts we're using from a quality standpoint. We want them to be completely sealed from the environment, meaning no water intrusion. With our soft kits, we...
I feel pretty confident that Ford didn't add port injection to save you from deposits on your valves. Very likely it was due to emissions and/or fuel mileage. Seems to be the driver for most OE's nowadays. JMHO, your mileage may vary.
We just like for the testers to share their feedback with us before the rest of the world. You are all clear to share, as you should, your build looks really sharp!
The only difference I have been able to ascertain between the Raptor and 'standard' modular bumpers are the end caps. The back edge is less intrusive into the wheel opening for the Raptor version. See no reason why it wouldn't work on a HE.
