The nav in my current vehicles is fine, and I prefer using it over Google Maps because having the nav map up on the main display is much better than having it "stuck" in the phone. For the price of nav, though, I think I'm going to rely on Google maps via Android Auto since it's supported...
Found what you're looking at. It says the connected built-in nav comes standard with the 8", and is available with the 12" (which is only going to show up in the high/lux packages)
Thought perhaps we can start collecting all the things in one place (currently based on playing with Black Diamond in the B&P):
- No Sasquatch without Advanced 4x4 Auto
- No PPF with Sasquatch (probably a derp, since it can be added to Wildtrak)
- Subscription navigation (is this typical now on...
I haven't looked at the base, but on the Black Diamond the Sasquatch package shows $4495. However, it makes the advanced 4Auto system mandatory to add as well, which adds the other $800 to make Sasquatch an effective $5300.
It's better than I had been fearing it would be. It's JUST.BARELY good enough. That said, I can't get my head around how the decision was made to not match the B pillar/mirrors/cowl/door handles/flares. It's super dumb, and makes no sense at all.
The reason, then, that it's "good enough" for...
Lots of interesting stuff here! A51 looks great, MIC top looks dark enough (at least for me...), rear floor vents are both elevated and protected by a raised lip on the washout floor (not a perfect solution, but probably good enough with respect to the concern about drainage), vinyl looks...
Reached out to my dealership this afternoon. They responded that there aren't any changes at this time with respect to reservations/ordering/deposits. One unexpected addition to that communication is that they stated they're anticipating receiving "a demo Bronco sometime in November for...
Best I can tell it's most likely going to be their Halewood plant (Liverpool). I put in a request for more information from Getrag-Ford, so we'll see what they say. The Halewood plant lists the 6MTI500 though, which looks like it's probably just the earlier generation of the more current...
Agree about clarifying interior as representative of production. I don't much care about the floor and panels (although the interaction between the rear vent and washout floor could use clarification), but those seats just can't possibly be representative of the quality they intend to send out...
Including cars in the family when I was growing up: Dad's Courier that I learned how to shift a manual transmission in, a forgettable Tempo, Taurus, Aerostar, 90 F-250 (the White Whale) that's lived with 3 different parts of our family (grandparents, my family, then my sister/brother-in-law)...
It's the strangest thing. I just have NOT been able to get down with the pictures of A51, something about the color just feels kind of uncanny somehow and I can't put my finger on it. Until the video. That color feels COMPLETELY different to me on video and just made a move towards the top of...
