I saw this that fits in my budget:

Anyone have any experience with this one? It's aluminum and fits with OEM skids.
I did get under there and measured clearance. The rear shocks were an easy spot for the low point, that's why I started there. It seems the rear differential and front lower control arm are the next lowest points at just under 11 inches squatched. Transmission pan is up there but that would suck...
I have a Black Diamond with standard Ford skid plates and Barnes rear shock skids. I can budget for one more piece of armor before trip. I'm thinking rear differential. Is that a good choice or should I protect something else first? Thanks.
I really like them. Video shows difference between stock and Oracle. Bottom pic shows reverse light brightness. I hooked it up to aux switch using Stickerfab harness.
This works well for me:

Diabolical:

Works great. Heavy duty and levels the floor to sleep in the back. Here is my build:

Just got back from a trip to Colorado. Heard this was a good off-road trail so I gave it a shot. We had a total of 4 on this adventure so the packing was tight for a sleep over in the Great Sand Dunes National Preserve.
The diversity of the trail was pretty cool. We started on the East side...
Thanks for figuring this out. This has happened to me also and it is very nerve wracking when it happens. Hopefully Ford can use your video to get this fixed.
Planning a trip to Colorado in August. Part of the trip will include the Great Sand Dunes NP. The Modano Pass looks like an interesting off-road trail. Anyone on here have any experience with the trail? Favorite camp sites, trail description, etc. Thanks in advance.
No. It would be like parking with roof off. Light turned on when we opened tailgate and then went off after about a minute. Didn’t matter if window was open or closed, it acted the same.
No bug issues and I would guess critters too. The material comes up to bottom of bumper and draws tight, so it would take a smart snake to wiggle his way in there.
My wife will not sleep in a tent anymore after we heard a large animal sniffing our tent in the middle of the night in Colorado...
