Diabolical slide drawer and Pura Vida attic tray have worked well for me. I can keep a lot of stuff in there all the time and still have a relatively clean trunk space for groceries and stuff.

It's been a while, nut I think it was red to battery, black to ground, yellow to aux switch. Remember Aux switches don't work unless vehicle is on.
