  1. Uca's+ double shear= longer bolt required.

I shot them over to McMaster car, it jumped from 12" to 24" in length so we would have had to cut it down about 11 in to keep the double shear. That said, we cut out the double shear and the factory bolt works with about a spin and a half to spare. Their adventure series joints are pretty...
  2. Uca's+ double shear= longer bolt required.

I've got the Bronco down at a shop doing a suspension upgrade. I was offered a great deal on some rock krawler billet upper control arms. Part of the install was to put the uppers into double shear. Now the factory bolt isn't long enough and looks barely long enough without the shear like it...

  7. New: Cup Holder to Keep Drinks Warm & Cool Using Air Vent [AIGMUX]

Keeping the outside of an insulated vessels temps down helps in the long run. It's just not big enough for me. My method for keeping go juice hot is a little different.

  9. Solar Power Systems for Bronco by Cascadia 4x4

Sure, you're welcome! The only other thing I could mention is it's springtime and there's a lot of crap in the air so I got a little trash under the template with a couple of hairs off my arm but it's all good! Guess I added a little squatch A DNA to it
  10. Solar Power Systems for Bronco by Cascadia 4x4

Finally installed mine this afternoon, everything went pretty smooth right down to the end. The only issue I had was after installing the app I wasn't charging. So I covered the solar panels with the boxes they came in and had no lights on the MPPT. Trace it down to a faulty plug. Fortunately I...
  11. GEN 2 74Weld Portals! Did they fix anything? Or are they just cheaper?

Checked out your review. I was wondering where the oil was coming from on my driver side portal. Guess I need a crush washer but all of my bolts are still tight after 5K. I'm another one of the first 10 sets. Number five I think. Guess I'll be keeping an eye on the crap
  12. Ford reveals "Bronco Off-Roadeo: Arches and Cliffhanger" Project Concepts at Moab

I WAS ROBBED! They owe me a set of those Raptor flares. The Recaro seats are pretty bad ass too
  13. Severe duty steering rack FMS-M-3200-WT

It still had pen marks on it to show it hadn't been tampered with also. But heck who knows people are crafty
  14. Severe duty steering rack FMS-M-3200-WT

I could go back later and get some better pics of the unit itself but it looks just like the one I bought from Ford and sent to '74 weld
  15. Severe duty steering rack FMS-M-3200-WT

It has the inner rods, just not the outer
  16. Severe duty steering rack FMS-M-3200-WT

Yeah it's in the outlet store. You got to walk the aisles. You might be able to contact them directly and work a deal that way.
  17. Severe duty steering rack FMS-M-3200-WT

While going through the summit racing bargain bins in the outlet store, I ran across this. Look like the Ford performance tie rods were missing, otherwise complete. $600 Arlington, Texas I also saw a set of bushwacker fender flares for $200
