  1. Dates for 2021 Bronco Order Acceptance, Scheduling and Production Start Revealed!

Manufacturers usually make the more profitable model first...
  2. Looking to our Off-Road and Trail Riding Vets

People think overlanding means you have to sleep on your roof... You and the other-half can carry a small tent and sleep on the ground. Some of those tents take up very little space. I am planning a 4dr WT. I am adding a rack somehow. I’m not planning to carry all my belongings up there. Some...
  3. are the LED headlights heated ?

In Edmonton Alberta, we get some cold snowy conditions. I get your concerns. Neither my last F150 nor my current Edge with LEDs has the ability to melt snow that has collected on the lights. It has been an issue a couple times - mostly when on the highway during a snow. Never had the issue with...
  4. Garage Door on Aux Switches?

You could do this, relatively easily (less than an hour) if you are comfortable with a soldering iron. You would “sacrifice” a garage door opener remote. You need a relay, and wire it to accept the input signal from one of your AUX switch wires to close the circuit on the GDO remote. I would...
  5. Ford: Mitigating the Impending Public Black Eye

It seems like Ford would need to build in an order that allows for efficiency. What impact would there be if built in order? I would expect average build time to increase resulting in delays that increase as time goes on. I would also expect a higher price to eventually hit the consumer. We...
  6. Carbonized Gray Explorer at Serramonte Ford

Definite contender with the updates to hard top availability.
  7. NO roof rail option on Wildtrak and Badlands with Sasquatch or 2.7 Eco.

Seems like Ford has updated FAQs. Here is one of them. “Why do certain models prohibit some accessories? We have a Bronco for every customer. Many Bronco accessory items can be added during or after vehicle delivery at the dealer. We engineered Bronco for maximum off-road capability and GVWR...
  8. Resale value worth the sale?

I have two Bronco reservations. Watching very closely...
  9. Bronco builder is a money grab!

You knew this was going to be a spendy choice. You may want to compare your Badlands build to a Wildtrak build. It sounds like you are adding every option. Once done, there are only a couple differences between the two and the WT comes in thousands less. No push-button sway-bar disconnect and...
  10. NO roof rail option on Wildtrak and Badlands with Sasquatch or 2.7 Eco.

I don't believe it is a simple bug. They have text stating the restrictions. Not sure you should hold your breath on a "fix". Yes, you could order it and add it yourself.
  11. NO roof rail option on Wildtrak and Badlands with Sasquatch or 2.7 Eco.

There are a number of things you cannot configure together that don't make sense. I wonder if it is more related to curb-weight for crash test and/or CAFE ratings.
  12. No Build and Price yet for Canada.

Seems pretty janky at the moment. I am just using it as a photo gallery for now.
  13. Announcement: MIC Hardtop Option Only Initially. Black Painted Modular Hardtop Will Be Late Availability

They are lowering the MSRP before B&P goes live. Sounds convenient. Also, as a Canadian customer, with a WildTrak and Badlands reservations, I have not received anything other than the reservation confirmation.
  14. What problems do you have with your late model ford that you hope do not infect the new Bronco?

Had the recall work done. S the issue returned. No longer have that vehicle, so no longer an issue.
  15. Where will you go with your new Bronco?

Over and around the Canadian Rockies. Probably a road trip to the mitten-shaped state every other year - where we will play in the sand...
  16. Your Build: Pre and Post B&P

Doors and Trim: 4dr Wildtrak Color: Cactus Grey Engine and Transmission: 2.7/auto Roof: Modular hard top Sasquatch: Incl. Packages: High, hoping for a “Cold Weather” pkg like a lot of Ford vehicles in Canada = heated steering wheel. Interior: Prefer cloth Options: Tow pkg DIO: Roof rack...
  17. Canada - What trim level you thinking!

St Albert here - Have a Badlands and a Wildtrak reserved. 4 dr, Sasquatch, modular hard top, high package, tow package.
  18. Alberta Ford Dealers

I’m in St Albert. I have purchased 8 vehicles from Kentwood Ford. This Bronco will be #9 from there. I’m A-Plan qualified, so pricing is never an issue. I like the atmosphere and the service I get there. I would recommend them to anybody asking.
  19. Where are you from? What are you going to do with your Bronco?

I’m originally from the mitten-shaped state. I now reside in the great white North and a bit to the left of there. Plan to DD mine. And summer vacation road-trips each year. I plan to christen the truck by driving it across country, then across a border to visit Silver Lake Sand Dunes. Camping...
