I can't believe he continues to use the phrase "stay tuned". He has to be literally the worst Communications Manager ever hired for a company as big as Ford. How does this guy still have a job? He must know where all the bodies (or Broncos) are buried.
Also, I understand he is probably...
BL - MGV, LUX, SAS, MIC. I have no faith that I stay in the 8/30 thread but here I am for now.
7/19 > 8/16 > 8/30 (and probably some in between since I don't get all the emails from Ford)
That 2200 count sounds reasonable but aren't there a bunch of other lots around MAP that are also full of Bronco's? I remember similar videos from a few weeks ago showing a similar situation. Were those videos of this location or another one? I think there is a lot more than ~2,200 Broncos...
I was pricing out Diesel Rubicons today too. I have a Diesel Grand Cherokee right now and minus the emissions recall stuff, its been pretty good to me - and you can't beat the mpg, torque and range.
Yup, that was supposed to be me. I will have made three trips in my wifes Honda F-ing Pilot to Folly Beach and OBX - now all without my Bronco. But at least someone got out there before summer was over.
I feel ya, the worst is all my friends and family asking when I am getting my bronco. "Yeah, I have a build date of 8/9!, might have it by Labor Day!" Now moved to September (and we all know that date won't hold). I am just going to put my phone on do not disturb and lock myself in the house for...
I feel you. I have lost track of how many times my two orders have been moved. My Badlands sits at 8/30, which we all know will be moved to October in another week or so and then the VIN eventually cancelled. Probably with some consolation like a price match for MY22.
My FE has now been moved...
Just got moved from 8/9 to 9/6. Why even send that email on Friday if you knew you were going to push it back two days later. This just shows the absolute dysfunction with Ford. You can make excuses about chip, tops, Covid and everything else but there is absolutely no excuse for how they are...
Looks like my Badlands got moved to the week of 8/30 but my FE is still scheduled for the week of the 16th. I'm sure its just a matter of time before that one gets moved out as well. By the time I get this thing, there will be no point in having a removable roof. Winter delivery, here we come.
I have two builds for that week. My SAS Badlands with MIC, Lux, MGV with an 8/16 build day and my FE with an 8/20 build day. Both have stuck on that date for a couple weeks now so fingers crossed!
@PREMiERdrum do you get the sense that schedules orders in August with build days will stay on track or that they will be pushed out to accommodate the June and July builds that haven't happened yet?
