I was too cheap for a build with 4A, so I went the conservative driving + good tires route. Would be nice to have, but in two years of ownership I can't say there was a time when I felt like I really needed it.
Depends on your budget. I only use mine a few times per year so I went with the RC Black series. I added amber films to them as well and probably spend around $120 total. If I used them regularly, would probably get something a little better.
