@Nickp Based on your observations with 35s on the Broncos, how do you think a 4 door BL would look with stock 33s? Either stock wheels or optional beadlock capable ones. Would it look anemic? Just trying to weigh pros and cons of squatching vs non-squatch and determine what route I want to go...
Based on the dealer FAQ from Ford (thread: https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/threads/2021-bronco-preliminary-build-price-dealer-quick-reference-guide-pdf.8574/) it doesn't sound like we will be ordering through Ford.com. It advises buyers to print your configuration from B&P and bring it with you...
"What happens if my order is not built in 21MY? Due to the high number of Bronco two- and four-door reservations, deliveries may extend into the 2022 calendar year. We anticipate some customers will receive a 22MY Bronco. In this scenario, customers will work with their dealer to replace their...
I know that the 4.7 would be the way to go if you were planning on going up in tire size later or doing a lot of towing. There are other threads about the pros and cons of going 4.46 or 4.7 on the Badlands with 33s but they haven't left me with a definitive answer so I'm curious to know also.
Who gives a shit what color the WT top is? It's pre-production and not available. This constant bitching about white tops and people playing expert when they know nothing more than the next person is so stale it's not even funny. We all wish we could have white or black. If we find out they are...
They may be renders in that picture but there is a company that makes rims extremely similar to those. I can't remember the name but the link to the actual wheels is posted on the forum somewhere. They were available in black, chrome and bronze.
You might be on to something. I was planning on doing a catback Borla S or ATAK but I don't want my Bronco to sound like a Ford Fiesta Rally car. Does resonator delete affect warranty at all?
Squatch wheels don't look much bigger than those 33s on the BL. Digging the carbonized grey ring. Looks better than the silver ring on squatched BL and below.
Looks pretty good but folks with a 4 door WT reservation who prefer a black hard top might do well to go with the soft top initially and swap out the grey fender flares so everything matches, while they wait for the modular top. The part that connects the mirrors to the body is also grey...
Go there well-informed. Show them what other dealers have committed to and convince them that if they want your business, they'll have to do better but also be realistic. Be respectful but firm. Be prepared to walk out the door. If they really want your business, they'll follow you.
They look like 35s to me. I think it's just the angle and the fact that it's being taken while moving, from a moving vehicle. I still wanna see a stock BL next to a squatched BL (non CGI) to really see how different the sizing is. I think there are definitely a few Badlands with optional wheels...
