yes the actual crash bars are not present on a sasquatch, but the mounts that those bars slide in/bolt into may need some grinding By flexing it out, i mean articulating the suspension.

1.25” is probably enough if you aren’t flexing it out.. otherwise you might be getting into the fender. clearancing the crash bars will almost be required that low as well

yes, if you have it on that screen, you have to have your seat belt latched before you can actually activate it

They want the default value via forscan. it is the diameter set from factory. I will try to connect my forscan up later and grab the number. I thought i could look at the profiles offline, but apparently cant.

Crash bar deletes are easy enough to do. Use your sawzall from the rear of it and watch the top depth.. don’t hit your radiator. they make a dramatic difference to the cleanliness as well as loads more tire clearance

I requested info on returning it this morning.. no response yet. I truly wanted this thing to work. Went all-in and removed my soft top even before it was delivered. Now riding with the mesh bimini top hoping I can get the garage cleaned up enough to pull in before Mondays storms

To me, it seems they got one proof copy of the design, approved it, then never checked an actual production version
