The frame of the door may be the same, but there is something different internally.. The 24's sound more sturdy whereas 21's sound like you are closing a tin can, and zero window rattle
We picked up a new 24 badlands sasquatch this weekend to replace my wife's previous Big Bend..
The first thing I noticed was how much more solid the doors felt over my 21 badlands...
Question of the day is.... What can i do to tighten up the window flop or what did Ford change to fix it on the...
lol, literally brought our new 2024 badlands home on Sunday.. guess i will go check to make sure everything in the suspension is tight. currently have 137 miles on it

We wouldnt have considered the 4 doors if the 2 door had seating for three in the back.. got 3 kiddos and didnt want to have to take two vehicles everywhere.

on east coast, watching it closely.. if it stays the same track, or even 10 miles north, we get dumped on with 16-20" of rain and potentially cat2 winds...
