Oh that's definitely bad Cam phasers and You should get them replaced under warranty.
Mine has a slight tick (sounds like 1 valve) when the engine is cold but once it warms up it goes away. Slight valve train noise is common...THAT NOISE IS NOT SLIGHT.
they make a marin one, but yeah..yellow tops are for deep cycling, red tops are for that initial start.
With all the electronics and winches...seems yellow top is the way to go yet I see people always going for the red top...i don't know why.
From Optimas site about their YELLOW top...
perfect...
We use yellow Optimas in our fleet, and I have the yellow in my other vehicle. (Personally I don't know why everyone goes for the reds, The yellow is what you need).
Now with that said, there are internet reports that the quality has completely gone downhill since they outsource them from...
So it makes it louder when you drive? I thought it turns it down when you stop. I tend to turn it up when I'm driving, and down when I stop, even with that feature on.
People waited months/years for their Bronco.....chance they paid over sticker, parts and replacements are almost non-existent.......
So the last thing they want is some asshole Cali driver who is either texting or smoking pot while driving to hit them.
Oh, and not to mention Broncos aren't...
I would not. Stock flows just fine and the wall is there for a reason.
Hell, I use that little pocket as a DYI pre-cleaner (which adds even more obstacle for the air to go through) and I can still max out 18.5 PSI through the turbos.
Trying to increase your airflow is only going to add dust...
I appreciate how you guys took the flaws in the V1 design that we pointed out and fixed them.
Glad to see you were able to come up with a better solution...going to add this to my wish list.
I have the 4A but can freely switch between all options except 4L at any speed I want.
So don't know if it is the t-case? Do you have the Full time one (4A)?
Start the Vehicle, wait the 30-60 seconds for the idle to go back down to normal.
Drive, but be easy on it (no big throttle, high revs). Within a couple miles, the COOLANT temps (under the dial speedometer) will be at the normal 4 bars (or is it 5)....at that point you are good to go.
I've...
If all else fails, try a local lock smith. My wife lost the key fob years ago to our Mazda. Went through the dealer and it was close to $400.
Fast foward and I bought a used jeep with only 1 fob. Called a local locksmith and he came out to my house, spent 15 minutes and for $200 I had a brand...
No I totally agree. They're definitely some good buys out there. Fortunately you were able to talk to the original owner and get a feel.
I'm just pointing out a caution. They're only three reasons why someone would flip their Bronco... Greed, expectations, or gremlins.
I simply pointed out the...
Switch #3 wired to a battery isolator for my winch.... that's all I got so far.
The fact that the axillary switches lose power the moment you shut the Bronco down really throws a lot of the advantages out the window.
What Beach said..
Only yhe LUX package came with Built In Nav...otherwise you could have added it as a stand alone which is what I did.
The main difference between the default "connected" navigation and "built in", is Built In will continue to provide Navigation (aka turn by turn) after the...
Make sure to avoid those electrical gremlins by seating all your fuses and tightening all the bolts/nuts related to the battery, fuse box, and grounds in that same area.
Fyi..... I got a personalized plate "874Days"...
I was just thinking it would be nice if my window rolled down a bit when I grabbed the handle because the window catches as I open the door (the auto drop doesn't happen fast enough)
But the car wash comment definitely made me rethink...my doors click enough just from power washing if I have my...
I've used mine for a total of about four or five nights so far, but it's been cold so I haven't had that rear flap open. I will say you won't be accessing the tent from the rear on a Bronco but from one of the sides. So unless it's hot and you need that opened, the rain won't be an issue.
