  1. Slippery To Normal Goat mode

Goat modes adjust so many parameters that can not be achieved by just pressing buttons..... Shift, throttle, traction control, brakes, steering, etc.
  2. Feedback on Sasquatch with SumoSprings - Compromises and Experiences?

Maybe something like this. Another member here did these. https://www.superspringsinternational.com/shop/css-1094/
  3. Tow package

Wow....so glad I held until my guns and stuck with the tow package...of course I got mine at the end of 2022 where the only thing I didn't get was the temps in the dials. Now I couldn't even order the Bronco with the same options...can the world's supply chain still be this messed up?
  4. Multiple Trouble codes- Sub Freezing temps 2021 BD 2.7

Seems like multiple posts now that its getting pretty cold. One person was having issues putting it in 4x4 mode while another won't even start. I wonder if extreme cold, like extreme heat, just tends to exaggerate underlying problems and make them show up? Maybe a warm garage and a reset would...
  5. Is my alternator killing my battery?

It can take longer than an hour to go from 15.2 down to normal. On a long enought drive, mine will eventually drop as low as 12.x but it also depends on what you have running. For example if I have the headlights on, or my fridge plugged in, etc....it will stay up in the high 14 low 15 range...
  6. What systems are affected when re-calibrating the windshield sensors?

I've noticed with mine I'm 1 mph slower than what my speedo shows. Personally I love it like that (so when I'm doing 65 I'm really doing 64) I attribute it to the fact that our 35s are not true 35s. I don't understand why a windshield replacement needs to reprogram anything, but if they are...
  7. Bronco Wildtrak 22 will not start in negative degree weather

Maybe I'm to old, but the way it uses to work is engines only needed 3 things to run... Air, fuel, and spark (well and compression but that's a different story) Air... Unless you have a rat build a nest in your intake is a non issue and chances are it would start just not run well. Fuel...this...
  8. Recommended Oils, Fluids, Coolants, Filters, Components for 2021 Ford Bronco

Obviously you wouldn't want to do this in the winter, but if you turn the AC on it'll drop the temps all around because of the extra fan. Also, i noticed that it stays cooler if you keep it in gear. I experimented in a drive-thru once by putting it in neutral (thinking it would stay cooler...
  9. Pre-collision assist Not available alert keeps going off. Sometimes I go 3 hours without it and sometimes it alerts every constant, even when turned

I swear I had this once and I just had to clean the front camera off. It was so dusty on the trail I was on.
  10. Best Budget Roof Rack for RTT?

I put my RTT on the factory rack...you may be able to find a take off for < $500
  11. California WTB: Plastic Bumper Fog Light Covers

Problem with these is shipping. I've had multiple people want these, but because they require a 2 ft long box, shipping is like $40+ I did find out that Staples has a box that I think will work (24" x6x6) But I never actually bought it because you can order them from your dealer by the time...
  12. Return to Goat Mode

I don't find it that big of a deal and no there is no fix for it. However what really bugs me (And I think it's a oversight with Ford) is that say you are in Mud/Ruts and you are in 4L. When you start the Bronco and it askes if you want to stay in Mud/Ruts and you click OK, it freaks out...
  13. Recommended Oils, Fluids, Coolants, Filters, Components for 2021 Ford Bronco

It's just my opinion of course, but the Bronco keeps both the oil and transmission right around 200°. So if you're going to be changing your transmission fluid every time it hits 210 be prepared to be doing it a lot! Ironically, I just went snow wheeling (easy paved roads, 2 ft snow) and the...
  14. All 12v outlets are dead - keeps blowing a fuse.

If you are blowing fuses without anything plugged in, then it is an obvious short in the wire harness somewhere. If you are blowing fuses once you plug something in, it is obvious you have a shorted device or it is pulling to many amps. I have my Midland radio running on the front 12v plug, my...
  15. Adding Weight To The Front End

I've added about 500 lbs of armor to my HOSS 2 WT. BAMF front bumper with winch, JCR full skids, bodyguard rock rails. Front dropped 1.25 and rear dropped 1". Eventually will add adjustable shocks to gain height back but i can barely get out of the garage now when my RTT is on. Been like...
  16. California WTB: Plastic Bumper Fog Light Covers

I'm in the Sacramento area and have 2 of these if someone is interested...NO fogs, they have already been sold
  17. Junk in coolant reservor

For sure..and what is worse, the color doesn't mean squat! Not all Yellow/orange/rainbow Antifreeze means the same! When in doubt use distilled water to top it off that 1st time..but after that, just buy the Motorcraft stuff so you know it is right. Genuine Ford Fluid VC-13DL-G $25...
  18. Falken Wildpeak A/T3W Pressure vs. Goodyear Territory MTs

There is a very weird thing with the factory GoodYears...if you look on the sidewalls it will say 35 psi Max....but then right under that it will state something like over inflation by another 10psi is ok. I've never seen that before but it is moot because we all know 39 psi is way to stiff for...
  19. Question about Bronco Height

And ford had released some specs a long time ago that shows the heights (among other things) DO vary between trims.
  20. Question about proper PSI on E rated tires

Yeah thats going to be the issue with E rated, the sidewalls are so beefy you vehicle may not have enought weight to sag them. Going too low on air pressure will build up heat in the tire which of course is not ideal if it is too much. Sag on a tire wears on the sidewalls. Even the Goodyears C...
