Sorry - bad english on my part. I did design them online, but they (Katzkin) point you to a local installer of their choice. So they ship the finished seat covers directly to the shop and then you setup an appt to get them installed. Hopefully that makes more sense now!
I purchased the set from Shock Surplus and they installed the spring/shocks prior to shipping. For a stock SAS suspension and wanting to retain as close to the same height and leveling out, they set the rears on the 1st setting, and the fronts on the 3rd. Pretty much came out level with...
Had these installed in the Fall and forgot to post for folks looking to match the tan interior. These are "Fawn" with the black leather. Its a very good match to the interior and a painless process thru Katzkin. You go to a local installer (they tell you the choices).
Did you try it while the car was running ? Or just āonā without the engine running. Itās been awhile since I swapped mine out but I seem to remember some people saying it behaved differently with the car on vs running. BTW I have the form headlights and do not have the signal problem you mention.
itās not light! I think maybe 100 pds or so? Itās more awkward in shape to carry around more than anything! I use a jbarr pole and strap and it says on that to have no more than 270 pds attached to it and both the hardtop and soft top has been stored this way for 2-3 years. Here the hardtop...
I store mine the same place as where I store the hardtop in the summer! just have a platform the soft top and windows are strapped to and then itās pulled up to the ceiling. Then when you swap tops you switch them out.
Iām good with the 2 ways up front! Sounds awesome so Iām not touching my setup!! No point of going 3 ways as Iām pretty much doing that with the separate mobridge channels for the kick panel vs dash!!
I was debating going 2 way or 3 way Focals up front - and ultimately went 2 way focals (es-100k) with 6.5 seperates in the kickpanel using the mobridge channels to get the crossovers right. I was looking at these 3 ways ( ES-165KX4 ) where its a 6.5 midbass, 4 mid, and tweeter. Its the same...
I've have a set of painted SaS fenders for almost 2 years and you definitely need PPF on the front sides of both the front and rear fenders. Underground graphics has precut pieces you can put on - since its just the front side, the pieces are pretty easy to put on yourself. On their site...
They are the vorsteiner vr-601
You can't beat the sound of a normally aspirated V10 I'm bummed that they stopped making them after this year, but I guess we all need to move on to electric/hybrid cars at some point!!! Cars been great, have had 2 of different ones and are super reliable...
Here's another option on lifts where a SaS Bronco fits underneath (about 6 inches of clearance) - this is a Forward Lift EPF9 https://www.forwardlift.com/product/efp9/ Gives you 7ft underneath the car and I have 16ft ceilings which is way more than you need depending on what you have on top...
It is an āadd a fuseā that get put in that spot so with the original fuse it runs whatever it was running before . And the second fuse runs the new accessories you are hooking up⦠so you will not lose functionality of what is intended to be used for that slot. Since thatās the way it works, I...
Let me know what else you need to figure out...I've done a whole overhaul of the B&O with new sub, component speakers, larger rear fills and amp...you might be better off doing it yourself as its not that hard - especially if you pay someone, you'd hope they would do all the figuring out for you!!!
Honestly, your stereo person should know this, but what comes out of the factory stereo is a format called A2B...which the factory amp accepts in and converts to the high level outputs that the speakers connect to....so if you want to use your own amp (without the factory one), you need to put...
Installed mine today as I was swapping from the soft top to the hardtop for the winter. Found the same thing out about the center light... it can't turn on automatically by giving it 12v...so I took it off and added a couple interior led lights so that it would match the IAG set that I...
There is a usb cable you attach to the amp and then have the other end hanging out by the rollbar - then anytime you want you can hookup to a laptop and open their app to change whatever you want ( including firmware releases)
I just went to the link to purchase and saw options for either a hard top or soft top. If I use both (summer soft top, winter hardtop) which one do I pick? or are there brackets to swap to keep the cross brace on year round?
so is there only 1 version at this point and it will fit both a hard top and soft top? I have both and hoping to not have to change this bar when I switch tops??
