My wife had a Ford Edge as a work car. Started misfiring and throwing codes at about 80k on the odometer. Still ran though.
I was shocked when the service department called and told her the entire engine needed to be replaced. Apparently blew a head gasket and everything had to be replaced.
It...
I was at a Ford dealership today looking at what they’d give me for my 2016 Challenger Hellcat. While there I drove a 2020 Ranger extended cab 4x4 and a F150 XLT with the 2.7 Ecoboost back to back just to see what I thought.
Drove the Ranger first. Grabbed some video of the engine idling in the...
Little hesitant here too. Have had nothing but fantastic experience with our Jeep Grand Cherokee and Dodge Challenger issues. (Not that we've had that much to deal with) but the Jeep customer care team replaced our entire dash when the leather cover was coming off and then a few years later it...
Sweet. I am selling my 2016 Challenger Hellcat in order to move to the Bronco. Talking to a guy I've worked with in the past, here in Charlotte, about putting it on consignment. Part of me doesn't want to do it yet, but if I sell it now I can stash the leftover proceeds for a downpayment and put...
My biggest question/concern is, "Will Sync 4 actually work and not be the glitchy, buggy mess that Sync 2 and 3 are?" It's seriously one of the things I worry most about this new Bronco.
This is
This is one of my biggest worries about the Bronco to be honest. I have a Dodge Challenger Hellcat I'm selling to get the Bronco and the Uconnect systems in FCA cars is top notch. No joke. It's REALLY good and easy to use. I could go get a new Jeep Rubicon right now and there's no...
I actually think the more we've seen about the Bronco Sport, the more I like it. Although only the Badlands edition.
It would more than cover most anything I do off-road and after seeing the concept with the 1" lift and upgraded tires I think that looks really good too. (I always liked the...
My wife is pretty excited and has said "If we get that though, we need to go do some actual off-road driving and use it for how it was intended to be used." so...
Her only caveat was that we couldn't sell our Grand Cherokee, which is paid for and has a lifetime warranty, so me getting a Bronco...
The 2.3 is in the Ranger, which weighs about the same and can tow an additional 7500 lbs on top of that. I'm starting to trust Ford and come around on the 4-cylinder I think. (probably because I REALLY want a manual transmission in my Bronco)
Pretty much the same for me. I feel like BD might be the sweet spot for what you get vs the amount of money you're paying, but I reserved a Badlands.
With me though, it was because I felt like Badlands gives you the most configurable option. I get the swaybar and front locker and HOSS setup...
I noticed the same comment about legroom in the 2 door and I’m pretty sure I read legroom was the same too.
Not really an issue for me since I will have the second row folded down about 95 percent if the time anyway but it was an interesting thing for them to point out.
This on here yet? Sorry if it was already posted.
Interesting that they point out they’d take the regular badlands with 33s and a manual over Sasquatch. I’m thinking I will likely do the same.

I'm thinking of doing this same thing, swapping to 285/75/17 if I can make it work. Actually puts the tire height REALLY close to the Sasquatch setup and I get to keep a manual Badlands so I get all the other Sasquatch stuff too, but with a manual. Just wondering if the clearance tolerances are...
I mean yeah, more common than a car with a solid roof and no sunroof. There's modular panels (or a soft top with seams) up there so of course it's "more" likely.
With that said, my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee sunroof leaks like a sieve in heavy rain if the drain tubes get stopped up. I had a 2012...
This is how they get me with packages. There is probably just enough there to pique my interest and it's priced "just well enough" so that I look at it and go, "Well I'm getting the B&O sound system no matter what. It's only 'x' more dollars for these other items, which I would also like to have..."
