No, I had the slipstream and had to remove it. Parts of it “fit”. The rear supports have to go though which severely weaken the entire design. Technically the top shelf portion still fits but you’ve lost the main supports. The entire rear wall with the pass through has to go as well.
Well it’s been awhile… since the trip, all the video files became corrupted by my daughter pulling out my flash drive while uploading. Everything got scrambled. Hundreds of video files out of timeline.
Since this trip, DirtyJed: my neighbor, friend and main wheeling buddy has passed on...
I’ve heard they are great! My buddy has em on portals and does a ton of rock crawling. No hi speed stuff. I think if you’re getting down to finding that slight felt difference between the too. Go with what looks better;) or has a warranty, or has great customer service.
I think Dobisons would...
I mean… I’d lie if I said I’d never used Affirm. But gosh darn it, it can be bad unless regulated. Stick to one payment at a time, treat it like a credit card and pay off asap. 0% interest is crazy good and if you pay it off in those six months, you’re golden. Basically a free loan
Nice! Yea, i've found for myself at least, that for rock crawling I like a bit of give followed by a firm plant. Too much soft and you get bouncy in the rocks, too stiff and you don't flex. An adventure tune that's got low speed compression added would probably work well here. I've rock crawled...
I know the MHI owner. Warn actually appreciates the work put into those.
He tested the strength of those mounted with the bolts. It far exceeded factory bracket strength. I’ve run em for a long time, dragged em across rocks, done a ton of pulls either no issues. It’s much easier on soft...
No! I literally jumped in his bronco while in Mexico to run an errand. I didn’t think to film:( I’m hoping to film a video on adventure tune vs dual sport
Hey y’all,
I’ve now been running the Ride shocks on my Bronco for several months and have put at least 8,000 miles on them. In that time I’ve taken them on the following trips:
Snow wheeling in 3 feet of snow
Drove into the frozen tundra of the Mono Basin and camped in 6 degree weather...
It’s my dream that more people will go build “cheap”, class 3 2dr Broncos and go race. Grassroots racing making a comeback to Baja!
The 2dr bronco is really such a good platform for it. The guts can take it. Just so bolt on suspension, Hoss 3.0 steering, cage, fuel, safety and go!
Leading the pit crew has been a surreal experience. I’m grateful to have been welcomed to the team by RJ at the 1000 and given this opportunity to come back and work through the whole championship.
San Felipe 250 was incredible and I can’t wait for the Baja 500!
We will have a completely new...
You wouldn’t believe how complicated that was haha! Hours and hours of creating a livestream device to avoid purchasing a $5000 unit. Got it sooo close with only a day to build it. This time it’s right side up due to a software update. Our only concern is the rough course today!
