I’m lucky that my local wash has an undercarriage wash as you first drive in. Not sure if it would’ve cleaned out that badge of honor or not, but it helped with getting sand out.

A Touch-free wash is fine. It might not get your car totally clean, but it’s safe. I did get a minor leak through the back windshield on one occasion.

I have a manual and always set my parking brake, but the lights still occasionally come on. A post on a similar thread said that Ford would have a re-vamped light switch available in October.

I can accept the instrument panel, the stock radio, the windows rattling and the emergency brake. But the cheap plastic panels of the interior are embarrassing. And they rattle like crazy.
