I am getting the soft top as a way to hopefully get the Bronco sooner, and plan on purchasing a Hard top After the fact. I agree with you on the look of the soft top and it was a hard pill to swallow, but I dont want to wait until '24 for the damn truck.
I did my Re-Order on the 15th No Confirmation email. I asked my dealer and they said I would not receive a new one since it is updating the previous order. On the 19th when I log into myford.com my Reservation now shows a '22 Bronco with the original Order date. I also received the '22 order...
I am with you on all your points except one. What is the 10/28/21 Deadline? I dont think I have heard about that one, I have already re-ordered my '21 for '22 and have conformation but I was un aware of that cutoff or what it means.
Well if he has the agreed upon price in writing (Which every one should) he has legal options. How people did not get a signed quote when ordering baffles me.
I dont know where you are getting that screen grab. Is that on ford.com in your account? I assume you have to contact, select a dealer as part of that process.
The price is set in writing and signed at time of order. Anyone who doesn't do that is open to ADM, but I think it is pretty well known to make that happen at time of order. Once a deposit is taken and price documented in writing, there is no recourse for ADM.
I dont know why people keep saying it is 2%. It's not and he said so in his tweet. It is 2% of orders placed at a smaller dealership offering a deal. Nobody knows that number, Unless you know what Ford considers a small dealership and add all those oprders up, it is a mystery
My dealer...
The problem is that it isn't 2%. What he wrote was "98% of customers that didn't place orders with a small dealer" the question is what does that represent? if 75,000 people placed orders with "small dealers" then that number is 98% of say 50,000 assuming 125,000 orders.
His tweet is deceiving...
So I am wanting to know if this is a small dealer with large order problem, or a problem across all Reservations / orders equally. I am beginning to think this wont affect all reservations, just a small percentage. Also, how do they designate a small dealer?
This sounds to me like Ford is...
