The rubber compound tends to get hard in BFG tires. Depending on climate and use you get wildly different experiences. I can tell you in the high desert and dry heat we wouldn't buy a BFG.
Fan is a waste, even at low speeds your better off removing existing air restrictions like shutters. At high speed the fan with a shroud will add restriction.

@swamp2 most of the time the F150 with 5.0 is optioned with 3.73 vs the 3.55 gears on ecoboosts. F150 is the best comparable since it's heavy and more drag.
Hitachi springs are the stiffer factory option. When I had Hitachi Springs, 5100s and 35s I was right in line with a stock SAS setup as far as suspension. SAS was softer offroad but the 5100s had better road handling (more road feel).

7.3 would work better with the over over drive 10 speed and allow you to run less gearing. Even blasting around at redline you will need more gearing with a high reving V8. Most think the 4.71 are all they need but there isn't much headroom to go up
Form lights are great for assholes and people will hand sign you through tinted windows. Quality is not super high and light output is to white/blue causing eye strain in the dark.

Ford tune since you have the 10 speed. Every other tune option doesn't do anything to the transmission. Everything else performance wise is just for noise unless you start spending more money on Intercoolers and Turbo back exhaust.
