@Jack667 Put the wheels and tires on! Take it for a spin! If you don't like the ride come back. I would do 5100s at a minimum because I like a firmer ride and some lift.
Well I went over to see how the competitor vents the box and then remembered the helical gears. Then I remember some cool video. This hits on how lubrication works and design maters for heat dissipation.
Now back to some photos of how offset the Tibus vents are. Need to figure out if the cut...
The mechanic is trying to tell you guys that the gears act like a pump and blow oil at the rear vent hole. If you have two open holes you can effectively pump out the fluid faster. Now if you dive in reverse you are blowing oil at the front vent hole. Someone needs to engineer the vent to be out...
Ahh they made a whole bunch of Rubicon Claims and they didn't even survive the off road park 5 miles south of Metalcloak's Office. Seems really close to what 74Weld has done with portals.
@Kristian@74W that doesn't really sound like testing. Lot of my concerns are the wear items like seals and aluminum threaded bolts. To me portals are a high maintenance item and that repeat disassembly would more issues than mileage. I am use to 50-100k mile minimum service life, for an offroad...
Actually I use my desktop for the forum since it has superior levels of protection. It's got an AOL sticker so no one even thinks it still works.
My new laptop has all the security disables so I can use FDRS and probably a std from @SierraBronco Onlyfans site.
@Kristian@74W my biggest concern...
You want to overdrive the front, you probably will have to go to some odd rear axle to ratio out. You are looking at 4.27, 4.46, 4.71, 4.88 in the front. Might get stuck paying some money for custom rear gears.
Odds are the transfer case becoming a wear item.
I think we need to go back to the Anti Squat debate. I view the current issue is figuring out how to adjust the suspension moving forward. Currently a little saucy and sleep deprived so no technical support today.

How insulting, I am a hammer happy shade tree booger welding forum troll
First time I have seen photos of Carli Tie rods in the wild! @Carli-Dan Nice Job!
This is the only one the photos got leaked. Dobinson new shocks that require a differential drop with fabtech steering. Fabtech tie rod kit was first posted about 2022 as not having enough travel.
Pretty obvious user error but got warrantied. Makes me wonder who that person was and why they got...
@Kristian@74W I am super happy you are on the forum! Please at least make a introduction thread HERE as the forum is full of good people. You well get a nice welcome? I hope?
Now @74Weld customer service blows, Tyler aka "BroncBozo" went out of his way to help trouble shoot a lot of your early...
Need to verify nothing internally in the portal was damaged. Shock loads like this can easily deform bearings sitting in aluminum.
Since you didn't test anything I would expect you to want and see critical failures. Especially on rigs that are testing the limits.
