This is a great write up. I have installed and ran a few lockers before and this seems the most simple and durable design of them. No air lines to route, protect and feed, no lunchbox style springs to wear out.

My sentiments exactly. I’ve owned half a dozen YJs, TJs and JKs with not a single spider crack, even with 7 years in interior Alaska.

How long did you own it and how much are the windshields???

I’ve owned quite a few Jeeps over the years, although not the JL or Gladys and have not had this level of disappointment in the windshields
