Not sure if this got answered already, but there was a recall that it still showed rear view while you were in drive. Supposed to be fixed by a OTA update.

My link says 1,462 + $300 shipping. I would say cast. The original Sasquatch wheels were advertised as forged but once production started that all disappeared from the literature. I think they cheaped out and switched to cast.
