  1. Body colors that don't suck with MIC

Only based on 'looks good with MIC top' criterion: Tie for first- Area 51, Rapid Red Tie for second- Oxford White, Iconic Silver Third- Cyber Orange
  2. More 2-Door Bronco Badlands in Cyber Orange (With Measurements)

Really appreciate these pics, man. This is the most comprehensive look at a 2-door Badlands on the 33" KO2s I've seen yet.
  3. Oxford White 2D Sasquatch Badlands Bronco

21 year-old me would never believe how much the 36 year-old me loves all the rental car colors on a vehicle like this, but here we are.
  4. POLL: what powertrain are you choosing at order time?

I can't believe I'm somehow still undecided. I would have told you two months ago "manual or GTFO", but I can't totally shake my concerns about: -The 2.3 (port injection) -The still unknown manual trans (what if it somehow ends up even worse than the MT82?) -The fact that the 2.7 and 10R80...
  5. 2-Door Iconic Silver Base with Sasquatch Package

You're the man! This looks awesome.
  6. 2-Door Iconic Silver Base with Sasquatch Package

Iconic silver is one of my contenders, and this is just what I needed. Can you drop one with JUST the samsquantch'd wheels and tires, but the normal MIC roof and no roof rack?
  7. ? 4dr Race Red Badlands on Upgraded 33" Tires ?

Most wheels these days, OEM or otherwise, tend to be painted and clearcoated. Finish durability is only as good as the process that was used, and can vary a lot. But the painted finish on most OEM wheels tends to be really strong. As an example- I switch between my OEM Subaru wheels and a set...
  8. ? 4dr Race Red Badlands on Upgraded 33" Tires ?

I still want more detailed shots of those optional wheels, but the Goodyear Territories in 33" flavor are looking pretty good here.
  9. If your Bronco arrives and you don't like it

This is me. Any kind of bait-and-switch or TruCoat™ games with Granger pricing, and I'll just wait to see what Toyota comes up with the new Tacoma and 4Runner. It's nothing but a toy to me (a ludicrously expensive one, but a toy nonetheless), so I have no problem waiting.
  10. My dealer just called to chew me out.

My face when a Ford dealer talks to me like Ford dealerships are some kind of rare, sought after resource.
  11. any updates on antimatter blue spotted in the wild?

I've discovered that 'Blue Jeans' is pretty much the color I wanted AMB to be, after seeing it on F150s around town.
  12. Anyone look at the New Land Rover Defender ????

This here. I don't hate myself enough to pay 50 grand for something that's gonna be a reliability nightmare.
  13. Bronco Build for UP Michigan (Need Input)

Really any vehicle with a bit of clearance and a set of winter tires is 100% fine in the UP. Source: snowboarded Mount Bohemia every winter for years. Got around with a Saturn SC1 on a set of General Altimax Arctics just fine.
  14. Ford chat rep claims trim / model change will require new reservation

I don't suspect this is accurate. But if it is, I'd gladly cancel and then overpay for a Tacoma TRD CockMaster OffRoad Ultimate Large Sticker Professional with an open front diff and a Bridgestone Dueler as a spare tire, just to spite them.
  15. sasquatch proof garage

This thread has a spec sheet that indicates the height on a 2-door Badlands (assuming with 33s) and a roof rack should be 77.4" tall. Good starting point for estimates. A lot of garages tend to be 7', or 84". It's getting very close with the Samsquantch and roof rack with a 7-footer.
  16. SAD: I can't afford the new Bronco. :(

I'm not sure when this happened, but we've become very desensitized to new car prices. A $40-$50,000 vehicle is *ludicrously* expensive, especially in the context of a median American income. It's good you're being realistic about what is essentially just a toy, and not worth any kind of...
  17. Everything Badlands: For Positive and VERY Excited future BL Owners!! Plan & Wait...

Yes. This goes against everything we've been told thus far about the availability of the 4.70s, so I assume it's an oversight in the build and price (as in- it's not mandating you select a manual, and by consequence of that, a 2.3, on a non-squatched Badlands). It would be cool if it actually...
  18. Anyone want to sell their Badlands wheels and tires?

Regional wheel+tire threads to match up buyers, sellers, and traders would be useful. Pretty sure I'll be flipping a set of Badlands machined face wheels and 33" KO2s.
