  1. Bronco Wave?

    This is the way.
  2. First Edition Bronco bumped up to 7,000 production limit!

If you were buying a $60k SUV for any kind of financial reason, rethink that now.
  3. Rustproofing / Undercoating Plans Post-Delivery?

I use Fluid Film. Every tire rotation (6,000 miles for summer tires, 4,000 miles for my winter tires/wheels) I clean everything I can reach with the wheels off, and then apply fluid film everywhere. I've only been doing this for 38,000 miles on my daily driven Forester, which was new when I...
  4. How will your Broncos get used?

No plans to daily mine. Will serve as a reliable, capable toy for wheeling/ camping/ austere road trips, etc.
  5. If given the option of a manual with either engine, which one would you choose?

Don't care at all. Just want the one that's gonna be less of a POS/reliability nightmare.
  6. One week later: How's the hype holdin' up?

Despite some disappointments with available configurations, still mad hyped.
  7. Video: 3 Broncos at Different Heights and Roof Rack on 2 Door [Updated WIth More Photos Including Cactus Gray]

This thread has a spec sheet that indicates the height on a 2-door Badlands (assuming with 33s) and a roof rack should be 77.4" tall. Good starting point for estimates.
  8. Ford Bronco Specifications

Appreciate this, as I was needing a good height estimate. Looks like worst case scenario, even with larger tires and a roof rack, it will still clear in my (kinda small) garage with about 5"+ to spare. Nice.
  9. Black Diamond Bronco Thread

GotDAMN, does Antimatter Blue look sweet. ?
  10. Do I need the Sasquatch package for my hobbies?

    This. So much this.
  11. 'IDEAL' BUILD?

    1) 2-door 2) Manual 3) Don’t care about motor at all. Whichever has the least likelihood of being a POS reliability headache. I’ll have to research. 4) Front+ rear locky bois 5) Shorter ratio transfer case 6) Vinyl/rubberized interior 7) The switches so I can have a clean looking factory...
  12. Who's NOT disappointed enough to be like "THIS IS IT!!1!"

Unless things change significantly, I suspect I'll be going the Black Diamond/2.3 route. I can keep the manual, at least get a rear locker, HD bumpers, and would get the marine vinyl/rubberized flooring and AUX switches which I really wanted anyway. Everything else will be added as needed. Or...
  13. Who's NOT disappointed enough to be like "THIS IS IT!!1!"

Wanted a Base/2-door/Manual/2.3/Sasqueezie. Disappointed with recent revelations, but nothing has been a deal-breaker yet. I'll just need to do some serious thinking about what config will get me *most* of what I want. I may even abandon the idea of a manual. Not sure...
