Pretty sure this would not be doable without some serious engineering work and modifications. This would require replacing the entire steering column with one from a car or truck with a column shifter.
Not knocking your preference, but I have changed several Broncos (early Broncos and a 78)...
The Bronco was designed for off-road use. It was not designed to be a tow vehicle. Same general design as a Wrangler. It works fine with a short extension.
OP needs to apologize to the Ford engineers for an uninformed post.
Why do you think this is a waste of an upfitter switch? This is what they were designed for. Unless you have over 6 uses for the switches?
My Raptor lights are wired to switch #3, fog lights to #4 and Winch isolator to #6.

Problem solved!!
The plastic cover on the driver's side mirror was not seated correctly. It was very slightly out of place. The camera was in place and the cover had slightly covered the lens. I pushed cover back in place and all is well!

Mirror is in the correct position BUT looking at it more closely, it looks like the camera on the driver's side mirror is out of place compared to the other side. Good call! Thanks!
