Very nice! Without any prior research, I started drawing up some trailer ideas. Surprisingly (to me!) my sketches looked pretty similar to what you have done. Nice work!
Thanks for the video. Great explanation on how the rack works and the issues. Looking forward to the comparison of the aftermarket fixes vs. upgrading to a 3.0 rack.
As stated already, you cannot use your Bronco for the course but lots of folks show up in their new Bronco. In Texas, as I recall, those who arrived in their Bronco got special in-close parking together and they did a group photo!
Be very cautious of engaging the lockers on snow and ice! Use it if you're "stuck" with one tire spinning, but be very careful driving with the locker engaged. Very easy to break the rear end loose and spin out if you suddenly hit a patch of ice especially on a curve.
1 and 7. I would like 8 as well if there were more topo lines. The ones shown are blown up too much, If that makes sense. The offset American flag is my favorite!
Nice pics! And nice trip. We did similar in late September visiting Rushmore, Badlands and also Custer State Park and Teddy Roosevelt NP in ND. Very impressed with Badlands and Custer State Park. We did Yellowstone and Tetons last year.
Agree. I think the trail sights are a very distinctive feature of the 6G. This is something that Jeep could never duplicate due to their front fender styling. Kind of sets us apart.
@timhood In reverse you are powering with the back sides of the ring and pinion gears. The way they are cut makes them not as strong in reverse. This is powering through the "coast side" of the gears. If this is really significant or not is debatable and probably only makes a difference with...
It was mainly early Broncos because very few FSB's showed up. All years were invited. I'm the 4th Bronco in the video. We got 3 laps and it was very cool to do. We got VIP passes and good grandstand seats. Ford and Bronco Club of America treated us well!
