Exactly my issue. The Apex box is just massive and I had no spot that made any sense for it. Ill keep an eye out for your post once you get it migrated to the smaller box

Where did you put the control box?

It stiffened up my tailgate for sure. I loaded up my rear tire with a bike rack, two hardtails and couple traction boards and it was much better "feeling" with the Hammerbuilt reinforcement. I was also able to add a couple rotopax.

I will probably just go for manual quick disconnects. AC Fab already makes them.
