Having a problem with my sub as well and hoping for some help. The Mobridge install went smoothly, tested it out with the stock sub and it worked fine. Installed the Stinger/ audio control tailgate sub and connected the speaker wire to the sub output wires clipped before the green (female) OEM...

This is the “fix” they did on mine before the SSM came out- helped a little but didn’t fix.

Update: The “fix” didn’t help…still have the same problem. Hopefully Ford will figure out the fix in my lifetime. It’s not a big deal but annoying when you have top/doors off and you don’t notice you have had the left turn signal on for miles…

I had the exact same problem (‘23 Wildtrack) and took It to the dealer to fix. They were able to replicate the issue and replaced the whole turn signal / wiper stalk. So far so good but have only had it back for a couple days.

Follow-up (hopefully simple) question - it looks like this connector has 4 wires out, correct?But it looks like the Stinger/AudioControl sub only have 1 Neg and Positive connection - do I just tie the positive leads and negative leads together and extend to the speaker wire, or am I missing the...

@Migo - I’m planning on the mObridge amp as well, and Fraser recommended the Hertz MP Pro to me as well (to compliment my Hertz DCX 100.3 in the dash). I spoke w/Crutchfield and they said they “fit with modifications” in the kick panel…just some sanding apparently. Were the MP Pros difficult to...

Thanks for the reply @RagnarKon - your vids have been incredibly informative and valuable. I’d love to do the mObridge kit, but it’s pretty expensive and the ol’ inflation sure has put a damper on my spending.

Kicker is at Bronco event I’m at and they have the 400.1 amp for sale, but I’m planning on doing the sub replacement upgrade to my B&O based on previous recommendations. Would the 400.1 work instead of the 500.1?

Does it sound like this? If so, it's the cam phasers. Just got mine replaced at 10k miles - fortunately it was only at the dealer for 3 days for the fix, all under warranty, but they do have to pull the whole engine.

Removed the "stickers" and installed new emblem

I cut both ends of the Metra 72-5603 and crimped in 22-18 female connectors - fit perfectly.

I tried the Hertz in the center along with the corners and found that the center dominates and threw everything off. I switched back to the PRV midrange woofer mentioned earlier with a 300hz bass blocker. Not sure if the blocker did anything of note. However, others have used the Hertz for all...

Thanks…yes, goal is to do the sub and kick panels at the same time - don’t want to pull panels multiple times if I can help it…so wanting to settle on which ones. Sounds like the Morels would work great.
