Finished my setup today. 2 dr, rear seat delete, built a platform, adding storage panels and built a shelf around the sub box I added. All my mtb gear has a spot now

Built all the rear cargo panels to box in the sub and create a shelf. Going to cover in marine grade vinyl. May do the shelf in bedliner though not sure yet.

Haven’t used a front plate for over 7 years in CT. Not one issue.

I did something similar but went a different route and painted it with bedliner paint. Also adding a sub box and will add a built in shelf about the sub box.

ok thanks. I am much more familiar with sub placement for home theater than car audio lol. I didn’t think it would matter but wanted to confirm. I will have at least 4-5” behind the seat of space so should be good.

ok wow. I literally have to use all my strength to open and close it. i Raised the issue with 1up and they said it was normal but I really don’t think it is. I think I am going to follow up with them. You can see how warn down the spot where it sits is from the issue.

Since it looks like you are using the hard top bolts, any options for shelf or maybe metal cover for the rear cargo area utilizing your bracket?

looks like you have v2 of the rakattach. I have v1 and it’s super difficult to open and close, personally I think there is something wrong with it. How well does yours open/close?
