Had been running U-Haul trailers (2" ball) for a couple days and forgot to switch to my 2 5/16" ball for this trailer... I probably hit the brakes too hard after the trailer started doing the floss, too! The trailer was only 2" from hitting the spare so the muffler really did come through for me! 😁

There's also torque management in the lower gears to protect the driveline so that might be what you're feeling. The Ford tune is in my very near future because of this issue. I know @Hossamus Prime just installed the tune on his so maybe he can chime in on this.
