I hope so. It would be great if something to this effect comes to light before ordering opens up. I think I could live with a factory-tuned 2.3 to be able to keep the manual but am starting to lean toward the 2.7.
While I understand it'll be common, this isn't the kind of car I'd want to...
Going base or BD 2 door in all likelihood. If the 5k for the Sasquatch doesn't include the auto it requires, that's 6.9k and a likely nope. Not doing enough off road in south Florida to justify utility there.
Not to rain on the parade, but I'm not convinced Ford is going to offer a factory tune on the 2.3 Bronco—if there's something out there from Ford stating otherwise I'll gladly eat crow, because I'm leaning toward the 2.3 w/ manual.
I know that they could and it exists for the Ranger, but...
Yes sir, that's the plan! I'm waiting until pricing is released and more than likely Sawgrass it is. I've been there before and it's a really nice dealership.
I'm in Miami and saw Midway Ford was on the no ADM/x-plan list here, so I reserved with them. I chatted with a salesman there this weekend and he told me they would require a $5k non-refundable deposit to order.
I take that with a grain of salt, because he may not have a clue. That said, I'm...
Agreed. I take that with a grain of salt. Once we get into October things should be a bit clearer. Not jumping to move my reservation yet, as it looks like you can only do that once.
I passed by Midway Ford in Miami today out of curiosity. The sales rep. I spoke to said they will require a $5,000 non-refundable deposit in December when you order.
Definitely will switch my reservation elsewhere if that's the case. That's laughable. $5k in December 2020 for a car they might...
I reserved at Midway and hadn't heard from them. I gave them a call this week and the guy who answered didn't have any info on ADM, X-plan, or ordering. Hopefully this changes by October, otherwise I'll likely switch to another dealership.
Hi guys, for what it's worth, I just called the dealer I reserved at, Midway Ford in Miami. I was calling out of curiosity to see if they can confirm what's in the chart shown here: no ADM and X-plan offered.
The guy I spoke to might have just been particularly clueless, but he couldn't...
