I believe the Hertz cx100’s are the “best for the $$$” speaker you can buy for the Bronco. The sound incredible to me and I’m picky. I’m about to try the Morel hybrid 42’s this weekend and compare to the cx’s. Not sure comparing a $100 set of speakers to an $800 set but we will see.

Following up on this thread as I’m still not satisfied. Those of you with the Mobridge setup do you also have a headliner on your hardtop? I have a badlands and it didn’t come with one and I’m wondering if that’s my issue.

I sealed up the hole at the bottom of the kick panel and it made a significant difference. I got about 3db more output on the lower end. The change added some impact I felt I was missing.

Yeah I have a DSP and a sub. I was wondering if anyone had sealed off the opening for better midbass. I’m using sound deadening but didn’t block off the opening.

Just curious if anyone has had any problems with lower midbass from the 6.5’s in the stock location and solutions? I get tons of output but extension in the 80hz area is poor. I’m guessing speaker location may be driving this?

I’m wondering if weather conditions and geography cause some to have issues while others do not (cold vs dry vs humid climates). My guess is that all will be affected at some point. How Ford handles this will be very important.

It’s their biggest opportunity in my mind for Bronco owners. I would love an e top but at $6-$7k after install I can’t justify the cost. I would however pay $2k for a matching skyrider.

I asked someone in another post and they were not sure. Are the side and rear windows removable? I’m thinking long term if one was damaged if they can be replaced or does the entire top need replacement.

Please just please sell a MIC matching skyrider with same insulation as the etop. You would sell these like crazy. Current model kills the look of the bronco.
