@flip was nice enough to send me a spare connector he had. I haven’t installed it yet, but was planning on it this weekend. I don’t have the part number, unfortunately.
They come available occasionally and sell out quickly. I was lucky enough to get an order in the last time I received an email that they were available - however it hasn’t shipped yet.
I bought it because I’m not happy with the current set of racks available, and I’m unsure if I want to commit...
While I don't disagree, I think people need to reset their expectations of what a "performance sound" is. Large loping idle v8 sounds are of the distant past.
And soon, automotive sounds will be only what is generated by the speakers in your EV.
What are your thoughts on the clamping mechanism for the rear? I noticed that there isn’t an inner clamp, as the ford and zroadz racks do. Instead of having a positive pressure clamp on a small-ish space (clamp on outside pushing against inner “hump”), the badass rack simply pulls on both...
Because people will paid a lot more for pretty billet because it looks coo with 0 performance benefits.
I bought them because they look cool, they are more adjustable than the tubular versions, and the rear arms have a nice clamp setup for the coilover reservoir tube. And it looks cool. Did...
Just ordered a billet stage 7 From lethalperformance. Hope its one of the initial run orders!
I had the Icon setup on my Ranger and it was awesome. Great product and great customer service when I had questions. No hesitation here
I have a 2021 2.7L 10-speed Bronco First Edition. It currently has about 1100 miles on it. I was hoping this was the transmission learning, but it appears to not have any change/impact as time passes.
The issue is that under very light/part throttle applications, the truck lurches/surges as...
Unfortunately I don't have any from the rear. However, with the setup I have the lights aren't blocked (you can see in the pics), but the license plate is. Personally, it's not a concern for me and I have no plans to get either of those options.
My FE does it as well. I believe it’s the automatic emergency brake system telling you how close you are to cars in front. It changes colors as you drive in traffic.
The really annoying part is you can’t disable it. Turning it off in the settings resets when the car restarts. Terrible...
Is “up-travel limiter” a fancy way of saying “bump stop”? Or is there some new woke engineering going on? Are we protecting the feelings of Bronco by not calling it a “bump stop”?
