CT doesn’t have a cooling off period, and the contract had been signed. Either way, we are where we are. If this takes an extended period of time to resolve, I will seek a buy-back for full price or a lemon buy-back

Update - they had the truck all day and believe it’s the transmission control module. They have Ford corporate involved as it’s such a new vehicle with a new problem. They are keeping it until Monday to do more tests to determine exact cause. Will update more when I have more info.
