"Customers may not be able to fill current model year orders." Literally wtf does this mean? LOL!!
If I understand correctly: Now CUSTOMERS need to build the Broncos? This will never work!! :ROFLMAO:
Critical writing skills are unendingly underappreciated.
I don't understand how projects like this get green lit. Looks like a 7-year old kid's plastic EV from Toys-R-Us was upsized. I definitely appreciate the effort and attention to detail but I can think of at least 2-3 other ways to spend $500k building a custom vehicle...
I don’t think the knob itself interacts with the lockout collar. The knob is just sitting on the top. The collar would need to remain obviously but the knob looks to be swappable.
Does the 10spd auto have an actual manual mode - meaning when put in M, it no longer shifts on it's own? I do not think it does - but this issue would seem to be easily rectified with a true manual trans which would allow YOU to be in charge of a downshift and the resultant power band - like a...
Ford will, with 100% certainty, choose to build a $60k Loaded Badlands over a $38k base. Ford will make an order of magnitude greater profit on the top-end model.
Perhaps contrary to what some believe: shareholders will be taken care of first, dealers second, end-users a distant third...
...and for what it's worth, I'll be getting my 2022 BL SAS 7spd LUX Softie in Carbon Grey this week - hopefully. If anyone wants to throw some ADM my way, make an offer!!! :ROFLMAO:
Interesting thread. I see a host of Broncos near me - about half of them have ADM. FEs look to still be in the $90s+ - insanity.
I do think that you'll have some trouble getting many folks to admit that they paid a 30-50% cost-up on a Bronco but I guess we'll see...
May I present to you my 2021 Bronco:
Her Magnificence, Lady Gwendolyn Penelope IV!!
(Unless your vehicle is a 60s drag car with the name written in rad hand-painted graphics, please stop naming vehicles. It's uniquely, unendingly ridiculous.)
I'm days away from my 2022 BL SAS MT LUX but I could potentially sell and move to Heritage but it would need to be pretty compelling - which for me mandates a MT - and I'm not holding my breath on that one. This all said, I agree that with Raptor just getting announced and the continued supply...
I, once again, ask myself: what have we learned?
The Raptor is too wide to be fully painted (flares). This is simultaneously weird and sad.
The ass'y line they want to use limits the choice of engine to something only marginally better than the 2.7L That's a problem in my book.
Making such...
I guess I'm unsure what 'traceable' means within the context of this product. Is the vehicle just added to a registry?
I plan to hide an Apple AirTag on my Bronco and add a small "LoJack' sticker and a "Smile, You're on Camera" decal and call it good. Help me understand how your solution...
After any video I watch, I ask myself one question: What have I learned?
No manual = I'm out
No soft top for convertible awesomeness = I'm out
A booth wide enough to paint the truck including fenders doesn't exist so we just glue on black plastic = I'm out and can't stop crying.
Thank you,
me
