That really doesn't look too bad, for what it's been through.
It may very well be worth repairing.
I would have expected the sheet metal to come out much worse that it appears to have. Are any of the windows broken? It doesn't look like they are.
Can it be driven under its own power...
Have you seen, yet, the bullshit response that they are now putting on their negative Google reviews?
Thanks for the review, I wish you know the whole story before you give out reviews on something you know nothing about. Customer call us back in February and told us he did not want the Bronco...
I wonder if it's because they know that no lender is going to finance that vehicle for nearly twice MSRP, so they're hoping for a buyer with a valuable enough trade-in to take the financed amount to something than a lender might allow.
I wonder if $56,000 is enough to make it worth filing a full-blown lawsuit against this dealer over it. Usually, these markups are big enough to put it out of small-claims-court range, but too small to be worth the cost and hassle of full litigation. But usually, these markups are not nearly...
I would like to point out that this could easily be a way for dealers to commit what is effectively the same offense for which this thread is intended to call them out, and be judged as not having done so on a mere technicality.
We have seen at least a few cases of dealers piling on extras...
If it was a matter of ordering a vehicle, and getting it within a relatively short time, perhaps a few weeks at most, then you might be close to right.
But Bronco orders are taking months to fill, some well over a year, now.
Disclosing a markup over the expected price at the time an order...
Was this disclosed at the time you went to place an order, or was it something that wasn't disclosed until later, closer to delivery?
It it was the latter, then you should report details to this thread.
I very much doubt that.
It looks to me like this is just a random defect.; and that if an engine has it, and is going to fail because of it, that it will fail regardless of how it was used or cared for.
I don't think that how you break it in is likely to have any effect on this.
I don't...
phocion…
Here's one that I know of, that is not yet on your list…
Loganville Ford, in LoganVille, Georgia. Ultimately, under pressure from our community, they finally caved in and sold @MonroeBronco his Bronco as originally agreed...
Of course, Ford doesn't directly offer a soft top for the 2-door. They appear to have one as an accessory, but you still have to buy the hard top anyway.
Googling for a more direct source, I found this: https://www.bestop.com/products/trektop-21-22-bronco/?sku=5687217 $1,699.99 for the...
Is this it?

I bet that if @cclkramer tries to go through with the purchase, they'll just hit him with a similar last-minute markup to what they tried to hit @sadiki2527 with.
It seems unlikely to me...
I guess I solved both of my issues myself.
I guess the Change Request Form in the OP works automatically. I see tha my correctuion has already taken effect.
And when I was posting my previous post,. I noticed in the quested section, references to “MEDIA=googlesheets”, followd by a long...
Submitted a change, due to some errors in how my original submission seems to have been parsed.
I gave my estimated delivery date as 15 June 2022. That's based on a much more vague estimate from the dealer as “June-ish”. It apparently got entered as 15 October 2022, three months off from...
Been there, done that. @Seanette and I braved the two-hour drive each way, in mid-October, and further, we braved scary Bay Area traffic, to meet personally with him to put in our order.
Perhaps you meant that advice for the OP, @94becerra, in the event that he ends up walking away from...
On that note, here is a car that I spotted several years ago, with delusions of grandeur…
It's a Chevy (and not even a real Chevy, but some piece of Korean garbage badge-engineered as an ersatz Chevy), that aspires to some day be a Ford.
Serramonte is a rather inconvenient distance from me, in Sacramento, but based on the reputations and recommendations that Serramonte has on this forum, that was where @Seanette and I chose to go to place our order. I suppose with all the bullshit that I am seeing happening to some of my fellow...
But sales tax is not the dealer's fault, nor Ford's.
To get into where to place the blame for that would be to get into politics, and risk having yet another thread shut down.
On the other hand, if you want to place the blame for the condition of the road surface, then look to the donkey...
The “‘Bronco’ Sport”, of course, is a totally different vehicle than the real Bronco. Unlike the real Bronco, which is based on a body-on-frame construction, the Escape-based usurper to the name is a unibody vehicle. The manner in which it would be damaged in a serious collision, and the...
