Trust me, I get it. I don't want any of those accessories, but they are adamant about adding them to "make profit." I can't back out now or I will lose the reservation. I also tried to switch dealerships 2 months ago for some other issues I had and Ford said it was a 30 day wait. Fast...
Doing my best, but the GM straight out said NO! Perhaps the owner will reach out? Not sure what other recourse I have. FYI, I have the "Order Summary" from when I placed my order. It had the MSRP and factory options. At the bottom, it did say "This is not an invoice." I understand that...
I hear ya! Just call it what it is...ADM fees. Feel free to let them know how you feel! The owner tends to respond to google reviews, so if he gets enough of them, perhaps he might change his policy. I know there are some reputable dealerships out there that do not charge ridiculous and...
I agree that most people won't ever use many of these accessories, but for that one time you need to pull a small pop-up travel trailer, you will need the 7 pin trailer connector. And if you ever add extra lights, those aux switches will come in handy (keep your sunglasses in the case!). And I...
Agreed. Unfortunately, they are adamant that they will not remove the "accessories" fees. I either say yes, or cancel my reservation and they keep it and sell it for $20k over msrp. That is literally what the sales manager told me.
Maybe I will ask them to fill them up with Nitrogen after I get there. And no to the "karr" alarm. Tinted windows on a soft-top with plastic windows? Lifetime, huh?
Good point on the aux switches. Having the factory give you all the necessities makes sense. If I had to order again, I would be sure that I get everything I need/want. It may take a little longer, but will be worth it in the end.
And get the factory tow package. Biggest regret, as the factory package has the 7pin and 4pin, which will be nearly impossible to add after the fact. Sure, you can get the Curt hitch, but tapping into the lights is all you can do at that point (4pin plug only). While you may not ever tow a...
Take a look at the "Accessories" list at the bottom. Keep in mind its a Big Bend soft top with mid-pkg and I live in Phoenix so doors will not be on much. And we have excellent off-road trails that require air downs.
Sending out warnings to everyone waiting for your Bronco. Be sure you get a buyers/purchase agreement at the time of order. I was told 2 weeks before delivery that they are adding "accessories" that are neither needed or wanted. Take a look...
Unfortunately, I don't think they will after my conversation with the Head Sales Mgr today. He just kept saying "You're lucky you're getting it at this price and that we're not adding any ADMs..." And "we could sell it for $30k over msrp on our lot..."
