  1. Warn Winch option negates driver assist benefits of the High/Lux package?

I would get the package you want and go aftermarket. Ford is charging too much for that winch, which could be purchased elsewhere for much less.
  2. Warn Winch option negates driver assist benefits of the High/Lux package?

If that does not work; as mentioned below go aftermarket and some manufacturers will add sensor hole locations. Just an idea.
  3. Warn Winch option negates driver assist benefits of the High/Lux package?

Simple fix; remove the head unit of the winch and relocate it on the radiator bracket with some 1/8" steel strap. It is a common mod in the Tacoma forums.
  4. How to build an overlander knowing the weight?

I agree with everything you say except for your first sentence. One of the first things "real" overlanders upgrade are their springs. This is a common practice. With that being said you clearly and accurately laid out everything an overlander should consider. I personally do not see the Bronco...
  5. What are you cross-shopping the Bronco against?

If only it had the 2.7. I am banking on the Ranger Raptor having it.
  6. Insider Rumor: 16,000 Bronco Warthog production units planned per year

That is one bad ass f'n plane!!! Sweeeet
  7. Build & Price Update from Ford – Q&A with Bronco Brand Manager

Yep, I refuse to be one of the flock. It is what it is. Unfortunately the truth hurts and Ford has screwed the pooch. It is not about bitching, it is about exposing issues in hopes that Ford will fix the problem. Why are we even on this forum? It is not all bitching....
  8. Build & Price Update from Ford – Q&A with Bronco Brand Manager

I have seen him live dozens of times. Him and his daughter.
  9. Build & Price Update from Ford – Q&A with Bronco Brand Manager

I will agree with you on the Big Bend or Base, but not the rest of the line. I recommend that if you doubt me go to the Ford B&P and build a F150 XL, XLT and Lariat and you will note you only pay for it in the XL. Oh yeah, Ford is charging much more for the 2.7 in the Bronco too. Ford is getting...
  10. Build & Price Update from Ford – Q&A with Bronco Brand Manager

Ford does it all the time; in fact it is a common practice for free auto transmissions for most cars. In other words it is baked in.
  11. Build & Price Update from Ford – Q&A with Bronco Brand Manager

It is FUBAR! You would think a company as large as Ford could not put one or two programmers on the Bronco B&P project and solve it within a week. Either Ford leadership is stupid or incompetent.
  12. Build & Price Update from Ford – Q&A with Bronco Brand Manager

I spent that and some for my F150 with a rubber floor.
  13. Build & Price Update from Ford – Q&A with Bronco Brand Manager

I hope the new big boy Raptor and Ranger Raptor releases have less issues.
  14. Build & Price Update from Ford – Q&A with Bronco Brand Manager

The thing is if you look at the F150 $1195 cost on the base (XL) and on the Supercrew it is included zero cost for the 2.7. So with the $1895 for the 2.7 it looks feasible to have the auto included.
  15. Build & Price Update from Ford – Q&A with Bronco Brand Manager

I know, but the charge for the AT in my opinion was excessive especially mated the high production 2.7.
