@alancorman1 Here you go. The first rail in the front lines up just behind the line of the hard top. I can take better close ups later if needed but this should help.
The same thing happened to me.
I was on a two week trip and when I came back, the battery was dead. The doors needed the physical key to open as well.
After this happened, I bought a 6 amp trickle charger and long extension cable. It was mentioned somewhere that there is a constant 5...
Also if you buy the platform by itself, you will also need to purchase qty. 2, LockNLoad Crossbar Clamps for Roof Rack Systems. Each package has 2 mounting clamps and you will need 4. Amazon link for reference.
I have the Yakima LockNLoad "K" platform which is the same as the Ford accessory item and it is the same as the one listed by ATLBronco75.
Here are a few pics with it on my 2 door.
Yes. Forscan is required to enable this mode. There are many YouTube videos out there that show how it is done. The forscan thread on 6G has a spreadsheet showing what needs to be changed using the OBDC adapter and Windows Forscan software.
I use sport mode when I tow and I push the 2 wheel button. I like the difference in shift points as well as the throttle response with 'sport' over 'normal' when leaving from a stop.
Tyson makes a great product. I really like my Hammer Built tailgate support bracket. I was very fortunate and I do have a one off.
I understand companies take pride as well and they want people to know they built it. I like an option to have an etched/cut out logo or not. :)
That trail looks like it whet cold but I have been taking a different slow path myself.
I like to try different ways of doing things and mid year I bought a 2021 Bronco Sport climate control panel off ebay. It has the dual control digital gauges. I was hoping I could tear it apart and see if I...
I see that no one else posted pics, so here are a few pics of the K platform. I used the Yakima LockNLoad Crossbar Clamps attached to the OEM roof rack. It did increase road noise slightly, but not enough to bother me.
I have the factory tow package connected to a three ramp motocross trailer with two old Indians loaded. I used a 10" drop hitch and both bikes are balanced over the trailer axle. I never felt it back there.
I don't think you can go wrong with either choice. It comes down to the cost, cable or no cable, full cutting board or not, and what you think you like best.
I opted for the tailgater with less cost, larger cutting board, and magnetic rail. I have 0 complaints. It has not made any noise...
I went camping and tested towing for about 500 miles with two old motorcycles on a small trailer.
I used sport mode and I was amazed that I did not see any change in gas milage which has been 17.9 mpg ever since I swapped out the stock OEM rock sliders for Rock Slide Engineering, installed...
I agree with the limited bottom clearance.. This is the main reason why I am keeping my '70 EB crawler. I was hoping I could build a crawler on the 6G platform, but my money and time is better spent on the EB for the big rocks.
As others have stated, yes it does reduce glare.
I am very happy with the products from Underground Graphics. Great quality products.
(I am not affiliated and just like their quality)

Here are some extra pics of the K platform on the 2Dr.
I installed it the other day using the direct clamps to the cross bars. It's very solid. You can see how far the front of the rack is over the opening. I don't notice the front platform bar when the panels are off unless I am parked...
I am about to do this as well and it was suggested to me to get 4 gauge 25' jumper cables and use the wire from it. You can also terminate one of the jumper cable ends that you cut off and use it to jump start another vehicle if you leave some length for it. I plan to add both front and rear...
