It’s one of those issues that’s not a big deal 99.9% of the time. That .1% of the time that I’m off-roading in 4 low and have to turn the bronco off and restart it after each time I go in reverse is a real pain in the rear. Especially if I have to reconnect and pull up gps maps each time.
Wanted to give an update. I took it back into the dealer on Friday and they've had it since then. They tried the updates again, and as expected the did not work. They opened a technical assistance case with Ford on Friday. Between then and now the dealer tech has spent several hours with the...
I know this is an old thread but hoping someone might have some updated information. Has anyone successfully had the software update to fix the 4 lo rear camera issue? I've had mine into the dealer 3 times in the last 4 months for this. The first two times they called and said it's fixed...
Hey everyone. I took my Bronco to the dealer back in December for the 4 low reverse camera issue. The one where if you’re in 4 low, go into reverse the rear camera comes on and then never shuts off unless you switch out of 4 low or turn the Bronco off.
They updated the software and I tested...
The FunTreks book that has been mentioned is a must have and has good descriptions of each trail.
One of my favorite trails that would meet your criteria it Tower Arch. FunTreks has it listed as difficult, but it really is more of a moderate trail. I was there 6 months ago and the NPS graded...
Here's my $.02. The staff, vehicles and experience will be great at any of the Off Rodeos. What's different is the experience outside the Off Rodeo. I live about 3 hours away from Moab, and been there at least a half dozen times in my Bronco. There's a ton of different terrain and difficulty...
@AARDVARK122 I did 7 mile rim yesterday with my 17 year old son. It was a great trail. He drove most of the difficult spots. I think he liked it. We had decided to do it because of your post.
We tried to make it to Top of the World on Sunday, but there was too much snow. I couldn't make it...
I got my wiring harness Hoel Wiring, link below. I contacted them and they built me a custom harness for a Kicker Key and a Kicker powered sub. Made the install easy peasy.

I posted about Behind the Reef about a month ago and you commented that you had a trip planned to run it. I'm glad you were able to make it out. Great trail, not to difficult, but the views are great. It's a good time with family or friends.
I've chased Vegas to Reno for Class 1 and 10 cars. It's a great course and great time. A lot of time and miles in the middle of no where. I bet you had a blast.
I’ve seen them on Facebook Marketplace, and out in Utah where I’m at we have a classifieds called KSL classifieds where I’ve also seen them. It will probably depend on where people post used stuff where you live.
There are also usually some listed in the market place on this site.
An option that I don't think has been mentioned is buying a set of used Sasquatch takeoff coilovers. You can fit 35's with these, which is probably the biggest tire you want to go to unless you have 4.70 or 4.46 gears. I see Sasquatch take offs for sale pretty regularly in the $250-500 range.
There really is so much area to explore. Sometimes the trails around Moab can get busy, but we didn't hardly see anyone else out on the trails in San Rafael Swell. One UTV on Behind The Reef trail, and saw the same UTV on Wikiup loop. We did see a few hikers on Behind The Reef. I always stop...
My 17-year-old son and I spent two days exploring the San Rafael Swell. We did Behind The Reef, Wikiup Loop and Black Dragon Trails.
Behind The Reef Trail is a 27 mile loop the traverses a wide variety of terrain. You start by climbing a steep, narrow shelf road. There aren’t any overly...
I'm going to be around San Rafael Swell this weekend. I'll be running the Behind the Reef Trail on Saturday, stay in Green River Saturday night, then run another trail or two Sunday before heading home on Sunday afternoon. I'll probably have a couple of my boys with me, 15 and 17. Anyone want...
I usually have the top off from beginning of May to the end of September. I never leave anything in it of value and have never had a problem.
Twice I've had people throw garbage in it though. Like empty drink cups and fast food bags type of garbage. I thought this was really strange.
