Overall they’ve been good tires. I have about 15k miles on them. They’re starting to cupp a little, but that could be due to the lift/infrequent tire rotation.
I've thought the same thing as I looked at bumpers. I will say with 37s, the license plate was a tight squeeze to put on the bumper, and it is covering an opening that could be used for a rear pod light.
I’ve been looking to replace the plastic bumpers on my bronco for a while. I came across a great deal on 4wp brand bumpers. I was able to get front and rear bumpers, winch plate and front skid for under $850 + tax, delivered to my house.
I installed them this past weekend and I’m really happy...
That's good insight. I'm running 37's and I get a little bit of rub on the crashbar if I have a wheel stuffed at full lock. I probably wouldn't even worry about it, but I'm going to be putting on a new front bumper in a couple of weeks and been thinking about doing it while I have bumper off.
I’ve seen lots of great post from people who’ve cut off the front crash bars/body mounts and installed kits from JKS, Stinkyfab, Lobo and others. They all seem to be good quality and work for their purpose.
As I’ve looked at my crash bars trying to decide what to do, I keep thinking, if I’m...
@Jazer I'm thininking of getting this bumper for my bronco. Do you happen to have any pics from the side you can post. I'm wanting to see how far the bull bar sticks out from the grill. Also, it looks like you were able to keep the factory tow hooks, is that correct?
If you have the 10 speed auto, I don't think it will be an issue for regular street driving. You just won't see 9th and 10th gear often. There are enough gears in the trans to keep you in the power. 30 years ago you had a 3 or 4 speed auto, and it was a big deal. Not so much anymore.
I just use my 4 tire inflation hose. Clip it on each valve stem then open up the valve and let the air out until I'm at my desired pressure. I didn't really see the need to have separate deflators.
I think the 2 doors are pretty cool, and if I didn't have a son that was handicapped I might own one instead of a 4 door. However, I think the 2 door offering Ford has for 2025 is probably about right. If you're looking for a lower end 2 door, get a Base and add the options you want. Want...
Yes, the battery has been disconnected. The dealer also said they have checked the ground and the wiring.
I think the issue is what @JediMcMuffin mentioned above, a module not allowing the update to be applied. I’ve mentioned this to them, but they seem unwilling to consider this as a...
I hear you. They text me this morning and asked if I could bring it in again. I think I’m just going to move on. One of these times while trying to fix the issue they’re going to mess something else up.
Well, dealer called Friday and said the Ford Engineer had figured it out and asked if I could bring it in today so they could run the update. Dropped it off at 7am this morning. Just got the text that nothing they tried today fixed anything.
I've tried telling them that others have had this...
@JediMcMuffin I’ve been out of town and just got back today and picked up my Bronco. They claim that the Ford Engineers have never seen this before and that the updates to other Broncos worked flawlessly. I’m not buying it.
Do you happen to know what modules they replaced?
Dealer contacted me today. They’ve had my Bronco for 2 weeks straight. They’ve spent many hours on video calls with multiple engineers at Ford trying to fix the issue with no success. The dealer said Ford told them to tell me to come and pick it up. Basically they are not going to spend...
